Discover the beauty and originality of Galena from this delightful 3-bedroom/with extra sleeping area in upstairs loft home in The Galena Territory. Includes 1 king bed in master bedroom,
2 bedrooms with queen beds. 1 bunk bed (1 full size and 1 twin bed) in loft, and 3 pull out sofa sleepers. This property offers plenty of space for guests. Enjoy the convenience of 3 bathrooms with showers. along with a cozy living room with a wood burning fireplace, spacious sitting area in basement, laundry room, walk out patio, with TV's in living room and each bedroom with internet access.

If you enjoy being outdoors, you will surely enjoy relaxing in the sunroom with a oversized deck is sure to please. Enjoy the luxury of sitting outside by the oversized firepit with spacious property on both sides to enjoy walking around, playing ball or hanging out with friends and family playing games overlooking one of the five golf courses the Territory has to offer.

This rental is equipped for both long or short stays to make your trip one to remember. You will have full access to the Owners club, a benefit from renting at the Galena Territory. This includes access to indoor/outdoor pool, game room with eatery (seasonal with various times)/recreational and fitness center, business center with computers/printers. Be sure to stop by the General store, were you have the convenience of picking up small trinkets, gas, various beverages, groceries, and their wonderful deli/bakery section.

The Galena Territory is known for their amazing five golf courses, sledding/ice skating in the winter months, with plenty of scenic walking/hiking paths to enjoy the most amazing and historical views.

The Territory is conveniently located to downtown Galena, dubuque Iowa, Hazel Green and Platteville Wisconsin were you can enjoy various ski resorts, including Sundown and Chestnut mountain. The Mississippi River is just nine miles west of Hazel Green and offers opportunities for boating, canoeing, hunting, and fishing. Make sure to stop by and enjoy the additional nightlife of dining, gambling and casinos, and additional shopping experiences.

House was perfect for a weekend getaway with my wife. Check in was simple and the owner is fantastic helping with anything you may need. The house has a huge fire pit which would be a great gathering place for a group of people

We had a wonderful stay! It was a beautiful home and property- we loved the outdoor space. Even though we had our two little ones, along with two extra guests, it did not feel crowded because of how spacious the home is! The hosts were so kind and helpful. It was nice to come back to a cozy home after a long day exploring lovely Galena. Looking forward to staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Deana and Paul‘s property. The check-in process was very straightforward and easy. The home was very clean. We had all that we needed in the kitchen to cook and to grill outside, plenty of towels for our group, and ample room to sleep. We would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Galena.

The stay was amazing. The only thing is that the shower on the first floor has a leaky shower head. We tried to fix it but ultimately just did not use that shower the rest of the stay.

Had trouble with the Kruerig coffee machine. Never did find the light switch for the dining area. But house is roomy; great for entertaining; fire pit is awesome; roomy enough for our 3 cars. We had a great time - thank you.

We are a family of five and we are avid fisherman and hunters. Our grandparents who owned the property prior, loved golfing. Our children loved coming to Galena, golfing with their grandpa and were most of our time was spent fishing, hunting, and skiing. Most of the decor in our home is from Galena, were we left a piece of everything we enjoyed. Our children are now grown and Galena has been a wonderful part of our vacationing and now would like others to enjoy what we have experienced.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This home has been in our family for the past 40 years. It has been a place were we made many everlasting memories of family fun. What we love most about our home is sitting at the firepit while we share stories, enjoying beverages, and toasting marshmallows. Many hours have been spent observing the beautiful wooded scenery with very spacious adjacent lots. The outdoors have brought us peace while sitting on the deck for hours watching the various wildlife of deer, turkey, squirrels, every bird imaginable, and hot air balloons fly over the house. Most importantly though, our everlasting memory is looking up into the sky at night and watching the most amazing view of the stars!

Our property is unique in a way were most of our decor has been a part of what we love to do and loved about Galena. Galena has a lot of historical background, were we wanted to keep a part of that history alive so we can share with family and friends.
