A warm ambiance greets you as you step inside this beautifully designed home. The spacious living area features a cozy fireplace visible from the kitchen and living and dining rooms, the perfect setting for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The well-appointed kitchen is a equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, along with ample cooking basics.Wanting to grill for the whole group - a new electric grill is just steps away on the patio. Enjoy meals together at the 8 person dining table or on the private deck, where you can soak in the fresh mountain air. You can also keep the chef's in your group company at the breakfast bar with seating for 5.
The condo boasts two luxurious king bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan, TV, and ensuite bathroom, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The primary bedroom suite also includes a private deck to enjoy some quiet moments with coffee in the morning. The 3rd bedroom features XL adult bunk beds, brand new Dec 2025. The 3rd bathroom is located across from the bunk room, perfect access for anyone in the property! The stackable washer and dryer in the unit means you can do laundry anytime!

Enhanced cleaning practices and safety features, such as smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, ensure a worry-free stay.

Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.
Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.
Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.
Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).
We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
