We had a wonderful experience at your cabin. It was clean and had everything we needed to have a comfy stay. The owners were very attentive to our needs and very nice to deal with. Cozy Cabin was as the name suggests it was “cozy” and I would add “charming” as well. It was the perfect location to explore Northern Michigan. We loved campfires in the evening and even saw the Northern Lights on one night. Five stars all around from us!

Very nice and clean. Great fire pit, we spent both nights enjoying the time outdoors. Short drive to downtown Petoskey. Next time we are in Petoskey this will be where we are going to be staying.

Cozy, cute and super clean

We stayed at Cozy Cottage for 3 nights with our dog. We loved how clean, and cozy the cottage is. It is only 15 min away from Petoskey but yet it feels like camping in the forest. We will for sure be back.

Charming Cozy Cottage in Petoskey

I came to Petoskey to participate in the Michigan Fiber Fair taking place at Emmet County Fairgrounds. The location of the cottage was convenient. The accommodations were wonderful! The pictures of the cottage accurately reflect what to expect. I was beyond impressed with how charming and welcoming the host made my stay. My hope is to come back and visit Petoskey and stay at the Cozy Cottage again soon!

I surprised my husband with a 25 yr vow renewal. We traveled with another couple. This property is perfect for couples or families! It offers perfect privacy between the master suite and main. Originally we looked around the area to do the renewal in a private setting. The property was so pretty that we did it right there! The communication was easy and accurate. Overall we had an incredible time and will absolutely, without a doubt , be back!

Close-by Petoskey, Short trip to Indian River. Easy commute to many area golf courses including Indian River Golf Club, Hidden River Golf & Casting, and Black Bear to name a few. Owner provided firewood - very nice touch. Gas grill. Stovetop. No oven. Clean, clean, clean. Excellent communication from owner. Definitely would consider booking again.

After falling in love with the scenery, four-season activities, and small-town feel of Petoskey, we made the decision to move here 9 years ago from Nebraska. We decided to tear down the small hunting shack where our property sits and put up a tiny home to make use of for out-of-town guests.

You will have access to two kayaks and two bicycles for your pleasure as you explore the trails and rivers/lakes around us.
