Our newly built home features three levels of living space, with large wraparound windows and decks designed for enjoying stunning beachfront views and sunsets. We can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests.

The first level includes the main living area, dining room, and kitchen. You will find a 85-inch HDTV for entertainment, ample dining seating, and a fully equipped, chef-inspired kitchen. The living room opens directly onto a spacious deck that leads to your private beachfront pool. Pool heating is available during the cooler months of the year.

The second level features 3 spacious bedrooms, all with their private bathrooms.
The first bedroom is on the beachfront with a king bed, private bath, and private beachfront balcony.
The second bedroom has a king bed, private bath, and private beachfront balcony. The third bedroom is spacious, with a king bed, a queen-over-queen bunk bed, and a private bathroom.
Also on the second level is the laundry room.

The third level features breathtaking views with an elevation of 50 feet above sea level!

We are located on 40th St on the west side of Mexico Beach, directly on the beach. Our quiet and secluded spot is just two blocks from busy Highway 98, reducing traffic noise and providing a safer environment for families with young children.

All six bedrooms also feature large HDTVs in addition to the living room.

Our home is dog-friendly. Please also note that doggies are not allowed on the beach in Mexico Beach.

There is an elevator on the property reserved for owner and maintenance use only. All guest spaces are easily accessible by stairs.

The boat launch and marina are a couple of minutes away.
