Details: AWave From It All is a Gulf-front 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom Main House with a Carriage House that sleeps 10 in gorgeous Cape San Blas. Guests will enjoy the in-home elevator, heated swim spa, beach access, and 2 towers with incredible water views of the Gulf and St. Joseph's Bay. This gated community provides impressive amenities, including a clubhouse with an infinity pool, fitness center, tennis courts, fishing piers, and more.

Guests have a large driveway to park on, and a brand-new amenity to enjoy—a "Michael Phelps-style "heated swim spa with relaxing jets or a constant current to swim against.

On the second floor, guests will find a beautiful open living, dining, and kitchen space with porcelain tile floors and lovely views. A wraparound sofa surrounds a 55" TV in the living area and sliding glass doors open to an enclosed porch with comfortable sofas and chairs. The chef's kitchen includes exquisite granite countertops, a Fivestar 6-burner gas range with a griddle, an ice maker, and a wine chiller. A generous island seats 5, and an adjacent dining nook seats 8 at a live-edge dining table next to sliding doors that open to an enclosed porch. Additionally, a queen sleeper sofa in the media room faces a 32" TV, and its adjacent home office provides space for checking emails.

An outdoor bridge connects to the Carriage House with 3 twin beds, a 40" TV set up for gaming, and a private bathroom.

Enjoy Gulf or Bay views from the third-floor bedrooms! A Bay-facing guest room has 2 twin beds that can combine to form a king bed. The additional 2 primary bedrooms offer king beds and French doors opening to fabulous balconies with beach views. There's a hallway coffee bar for added convenience.

The fourth and top floor opens onto an airy cocktail room with scenic Bay views. This room features a sitting area, a wet bar, and a wall-paneled TV. From the cocktail room, guests can step onto a Gulf-front sun deck to feel the sun's rays or to toast the sunset with friends in the adjacent crows' nest furnished with Adirondack-style furniture, including a table and chairs. The top floor also features a third primary bedroom with vaulted ceilings.

*Bring your boat on vacation! There are 8 anchor buoys in the basin (Bay Side) that guests can tie their boats to, and leave them overnight. Please be sure to anchor the back of the boat with your own anchor to ensure it's stable. The trailer will still need to be put in the parking area outside of the gate. The buoys are first come first serve. Please note that High tide water is 3 to 4ft – Low tide 1 to 2 ft.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
