Unlike a cramped hotel, SummerHouse allows you to stretch your legs in a fully equipped apartment with private entrance and closed door bedroom. The apartment you receive will be very similar to the apartment type pictured.

Enjoy all of the amenities the community has to offer like our fitness room, outdoor pool with shaded lounge space and 1' deep area for kids, outdoor courtyard with dune inspired landscaping, gas grill, and community spaces for private study or group gatherings.

Guests will have full access to the apartment and common spaces within the community. Parking is first come first serve in any lined spot.

Our management team is on-site for your convenience Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. Guests may email, call, text, or stop into the office during these times. Requests or questions after hours will be returned as soon as we can. For after hours maintenance emergencies, guests may call our office and select the maintenance emergency option to be connected with our maintenance technician.

SummerHouse is located on the east side of Bloomington off E. 3rd St. It's just 1 mile to dining and shopping, 2 miles to Indiana University, and 3.5 miles to downtown. It's close to it all, yet removed enough to feel like an escape. In addition, staying on the east side means you will have closer access to Monroe Lake and Nashville, IN. Located adjacent to an established, tree lined neighborhood and public park, begin your morning with a peaceful neighborhood stroll or get your heart pumping with a game of tennis or basketball. Need supplies? No worries. Target and Indiana's largest Kroger are located just down the road.

Parking is free and located on-site. Please park in a lined spot only except for when loading or unloading.
