Fly fish in the summer, hike in the fall, ski in the winter, bike up to Vail on the bike path in the spring—Silverthorne has it all! And without those Vail or Aspen prices!

This brand-new single-family home is right on the Blue River and the bike path with gorgeous, unbeatable views of the mountains from the dining room, living room, and primary bedroom. A lot of upscale, detail-oriented love was put into decorating this beautiful home to match its stunning surroundings. What we call Silver Jewel is a 3-bedroom (with a flex space that holds an additional king and queen bed), 3.5-bathroom completely detached home with a brand-new grill on the deck, a cozy fireplace, and the most relaxing couch to play an exciting game of charades from after an adventure-filled day of outdoor fun.

Silver Jewel is a 5-minute walk from the Silverthorne Recreation Center and a 7-minute walk to Silverthorne Town Center, which is home to my favorite coffee, The Red Buffalo and the best pizza in town, Sauce on the Blue. Across the street is The Indigo Hotel, which slings the most delicious margarita in Summit County at their posh tequila bar. Next to that, is Bluebird Market, a food hall with a great vibe and lots of options. Or walk 5 minutes from Silver Jewel down the bike path to check out the live music and food truck at The Pad, a very cool hostel that was just listed in the New York Times 8 New Hotels for Winter Enthusiasts in the U.S. and Europe.
