We have stayed at this property for almost 10 years. It is a luxury beach front paradise and is well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The owner is amazing to work with.

The home is beautiful! Everything was clean and comfortable. All the amenities makes this place one of a kind! The beach was great and the pool! We enjoyed absolutely everything about the trip! The size and location of this property was just what we were looking for. The beach is only steps from the door and the views from the property are awesome. The house itself could use some sprucing up but it was comfortable and meet our needs.

Amazing property at all three levels. From the game area and garage with pool hitting and immediate beach access to living and bedrooms each with their own bathroom. All clean and remodeled. Ready do an amazing stay.

The house is beautiful. The location is perfect. We loved going to Junkanoo each day for happy hour and riding bikes to Time Square each evening. Loved how close we were to the beach and enjoyed the pool too. We hope to be back next year!

This was the second time staying at this beautiful property. Michael is the best host! Communication is great. Even during Hurricane Idalia we all had a wonderful vacation! Highly recommend.

The property was as described. We mostly chilled by the pool, enjoy the hot tub and just generally relaxed.The elevator was a must.Issues came up and we contacted Mike And Sherri and they were immediately responsive.

Great gulf-front home with pool and direct beach access

This house was great for our family (6 adults and 1 infant). The rooms are large and the views fantastic! There are lots of pool and beach toys / chairs / etc. available, making it quite easy to enjoy the amenities. Walking on the beach during low tide was particularly fascinating! And, the house is close to many restaurants and stores.

This is our 2nd time staying at this home! We love everything about it! The ease to walk onto what feels like your private beach is truly priceless. We like to stay mid island so you are Just minutes from downtown (which has started to rebuild) but not in the middle of the business of lani kai and margaritaville. The house is fully equipped, even with pack and plays and high chair for the littles! Already missing our home away from home and can't wait to book again!

Beautiful home, unbeatable view. Being able to walk out the door and be on the beach was truly awesome! The kids really loved the pool table and ping pong table, which we used a lot. All the amenities on hand made for a perfect turnkey beach vacation. I especially appreciated the quality of everything.

Perfect beach getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay! You can't be the location, steps from the sand! The owner was extremely communicative any time something came up. The house is equipped with pretty much anything you need! Having the pool table and ping pong table was a big bonus. We will be back!
