Nestled at the base of Peak 9 of the Breckenridge Ski Area, our condo promises a true ski-in, ski-out retreat with many amenities at the Beaver Run Resort, and is just a ten minute walk or short shuttle ride from shopping and restaurants available on historic Main Street.

Our slope side Peak 9 condo is a part of the Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center, featuring numerous outstanding facilities and amenities you can explore throughout your stay.

The condo provides one bedroom with a queen-size bed, smart tv with xfinity cable, and dresser. If more sleeping space is required, the living room sofa can be quickly converted into an extra Full Bed, making the condo suitable for four guests.

The kitchen boasts modern appliances, making it easy to whip up anything from delicious breakfasts to lunches and dinners.

Great experience at Beaver Run. We are very ski-focused spending as much time on the slopes each day and the apartment was just what we needed to come back to. Ski-in/Ski-out access is as good as it gets. Hot tub, pool, bars, restaurants, convenience store were all at hand and made the week great for us.

Wow!

What a beautiful place to stay! We woke up to the most amazing backdrop of a snowy mountain with a gorgeous sunrise! We were able to walk just about everywhere. There is a walkway within the building that leads you an onsite Starbucks (huge win), hot tubs, inside/outside pool, gym, dining and walk to the super chair. The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Melanie and her husband were extremely responsive and really helped us since we don’t know the area or traffic conditions. We can’t wait to come back! We did not want to leave.
