So much to do on Manasota Key! Our little slice of paradise is a laid back beach town with that "old Florida" feel. When you stay with us, you will have limited Gulf of Mexico views, experience steps to the beach at deeded access points and have the fun of shelling and shark tooth hunting! You will be within walking distance of restaurants, entertainment and night life. Don't forget to check out those stunning sunsets - no two are alike!
Relax and enjoy the unique beauty of Manasota Key when you book a stay at our cozy 2 bedroom / 2 bath completely furnished condo located just steps from the beach! This home is elevated and located on the first floor. Come on in and experience a fully equipped kitchen, furnished living room and dining room, a queen bed in each bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. All linens and towels are supplied. Plenty of closet space with a washer & dryer available for your use. Just bring your suitcase and make yourself at home!
During your stay, we will always be available to answer any questions or concerns that you might have. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, Our rules limit pets to 1 dog or cat under 50 pounds.

Outstanding host! You cannot be treated better,or made feel welcome anymore than we were. Very nice place,matched the description to a tee. Quick walk to a very lovely and quiet beach too. No complaints to post not even a little one. Thanks for a great stay,we all had a great time.

Nice condo located not far from great restaurants and within walking distance to beach access. Host Dan was very responsive. Only thing to let us down was the cloudy and cooler weather, otherwise a good stay.

We had a great stay at this property. The interior is comfortable and clean. The full kitchen made it easy to cook meals during our stay, and there was a laundry machine just outside the apartment. We really enjoyed being a few minutes' walk from a beach with lots of shark tooth fossils. The location made it very easy for everyone to come and go as they pleased. The two provided kayaks were a lot of fun for exploring the bay and getting to otherwise inaccessible islands. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for nearly 2 weeks here, love love love the LOCATION so much that we walked to the beach few times a day, barefoot!! We did check out other beaches around the area, but if you just want to relax and enjoy all aspects of the gulf without the crowd then this location provides all. Dolphin watching, fishing, shelling, shark teeth hunting, kayaking, walking, swimming along the beach with the tides on the sand bars, and dining… all within walking distance! With our adult daughter with us, we greatly benefited from 2 bedrooms and the PRIVACY of 2 separate bathrooms. All the rooms are bright with perfect temperature which gave out refreshing beach vibe during the day, and with no blue light in a quiet neighborhood, we slept very well at night. Kitchen has a nice size fridge, provided plenty of pots, plates, bowls, glasswares, and utensils that we didn’t need to constantly doing dishes on our vacation. Dishwasher detergent was provided for our convenience. The water pressure in the shower was another pleasant surprise, it was def therapeutic after a salty day! I’m particular with laundry detergent so we brought our own, and I appreciate none of the towels and linens were scented, And I love the quality of all the linens. Sheets and towels will be changed by the host with request, but we just did our own. We never met the hosts, but Dan is super down to earth, accommodating, honest and respectful over the phone. We love support people/couple like him!

Dan was an excellent host — super friendly and always available to answer any questions. The home was clean, well-equipped, and just steps from the beach. It’s also a short walk to the roundabout with great restaurants and nightlife. We had everything we needed and will definitely be staying here again!.

We have been seasonal residents of Manasota Key for over 20 years. Our Summer home is by Grand Haven Michigan. Dan is the former Mayor of Ferrysburg, MI and had a career in Information Technology doing project management for infrastructure needs in the U.S. , Mexico, and Canada. Jayne’s former careers were in law enforcement, teaching, accounting, and sales.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We used to visit Clearwater Beach before purchasing the property. Clearwater was getting to busy and overbuilt. We fell in love with Manasota Key the first time we visited a friend. The island still has the old Florida feel. Friendly neighbors, peaceful, uncrowded semi private neightbor beach, walking distance to parks, restaurants, businesses, and bars.

The property is on the first floor, other nearby properties are up extensive flights of stairs, beware! The property has been remodeled over the years and has new appliances, HVAC, and comfortable furniture and beds. The patio is available for happy hours and relaxing. A free washer and dryer is available for our guests.
