Nestled just off I-70 for ultimate convenience, you'll be close to gas stations, restaurants, stores, and just a short drive to White Sands, NASA, and NMSU. Step inside enjoy cozy spaces with a fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TV's and workstations. Discover a lively, colorful haven designed to welcome you with open arms. Outside, the backyard is a slice of paradise with a fire pit, tranquil pond, grill, garden, pergola, picnic table and stunning mountain views. This desert gem has everything you need for an unforgettable stay!

This is a two story house. The downstairs is offered in this listing. The upstairs is a separate house with its own entry through the backyard.

The backyard would serve as a shared space if guests are staying both downstairs and upstairs.

The downstairs in this listing is 1500 sq ft with a kitchen, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and laundry room with full size free washer and dryer. There are smart TV's with Roku's in the living room and bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have workspaces with monitors available to connect to. There is also a workspace in the living room.

Step into the backyard and discover a hidden paradise! A tranquil garden awaits, complete with the soothing sounds of a pond where goldfish and koi gracefully swim. Take in stunning mountain views as you relax under the pergola, sitting in the outdoor furniture around the fire pit. Fire up the grill for a delicious meal on the picnic table. The fish thrive naturally on the algae in the pond, so we kindly ask you to enjoy their beauty without feeding them. This serene retreat is sure to make your stay unforgettable!

Great stay in Las Cruces

The property was exactly what we needed as a launching point for our participation in the Bataan Memorial Death March at neighboring White Sands. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. The host provided all the details in a timely manner and check in and check out were both quite easy.

This home rental was absolutely perfect! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’d 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay.
