Wonderful location!

Condo was well stocked, and on a nice, secluded beach. I do wish the palm trees could be trimmed back just a bit to allow for a little, better view.

Wished we could have stayed longer

We really enjoyed this lovely condo. We felt "at home" and comfortable. The condo is large with an open floorplan compared to the typical condo that seems narrow - door at one end, sliding doors and balcony at the other. Would stay again.

Birthday week at the beach

Great week. Lands End is beautiful. The unit (301) was absolutely awesome!! Updated, fully stocked utensils in the kitchen. Two full sofas for folks to sit comfortably. TVs in both bedrooms. Walk-in shower was fabulous. My daughter had a broken foot. The walk-in shower was a big help for her. Loved the rockers on the balcony!!

Upgrading would be nice

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The AC shut down due to lack of maintenance, took a day to fix! The pluming in the bathroom was slow, and the toilet did not always flush, needs some fixing. The kitchen could have been cleaner on the outside doors. The ice cube dispenser was filled with ice and therefore did not work.But the location is absolutely gorgeous as well as the view.

Great Treasure Island location and close to conveniences

Great views, spacious end unit so lots of light and views of the beach. Parking was great, pool and beach are very close, easy access to unit from elevator and stairs. However, fridge leaked on the floor every day. Called the manager to have someone come but nobody ever did. Woke up every morning to a puddle on the floor. Sofa’s and chairs are worn out. Sofa’s have a piece of plywood under the cushions to prevent sagging and are very uncomfortable to sit on. Time for new furniture to justify the cost of this rental. Unit could have been cleaned better by cleaning staff. Cups, dishes and cutlery were dirty and found a pair of socks on the floor from previous renters.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Lands End for the last 3 yrs...we have never had any problems until this year. The condo was very dirty when we entered. The vents in the condo were very dirty and dusty. The bathrooms were not cleaned very well...they had dirty towels hanging up. We are not even sure if the bed sheets were changed! The refrigerator was dirty and had sticky stuff on the shelves. We all got sick and think it was from the dirty vents. They did send a person out to clean, but didn’t look like they did much of anything! Never received a call back from anyone! Very disappointed with the condo! We will not be staying at lands End again!

Great location for a family getaway!

Our family had a great time together. We had the option of the beach or the pool and the whole place was very clean and well maintained. There were strict rules for what you could do by the pool, but it did keep it more 'family friendly' which was fine by us.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Weather was perfect. Resort Rentals handled everything efficiently and were friendly. The condo was clean, attractive and most important at the beach in Florida, no bugs! However after staying in many units at this location we will not return to this one. We brought beach towels, but for four people we were provided with only 7 bath towels for one week! The linen closet was locked as were many others. So we had a wonderful vacation with the one dissapointment. Would definitely recommend Resort Rentals and Lands End.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a very pleasant stay but the pool area is too congested. There should be another pool to accommodate all those buildings. Also, there were a lot of teenagers at the time we were there. The unit we stayed in was fine but the master bedroom smelled musty. I would not stay in that unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVE Lands End- it's such a unique and private property. Resort Rentals is always professional to deal with. This particular condo was clean and has a nice updated kitchen, bathrooms and living area. The bedrooms are a little dated, but we don't go to Lands End to hang out in the bedrooms. We will rent this condo again. Very spacious compared to the smaller units.

Our condo was roomy, clean, and a real pleasure to enjoy the lovely views of the gulf. The condo itself was well equipped. The entire Lands End complex was well maintained! Every year we have thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at Lands End!

2015 Treasure Island Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A nice rental and a WONDERFUL bed. The living room furniture is not the most comfortable we have had. Everything we needed was there. Very clean. Being a short person, the shower in the master bath was a killer :) All only first world problems. Overall, I would recommend this condo or any of the many others we have stayed in over the years. Resort Rentals is wonderful to work with.

Beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well appointed. They even had coolers, chairs and toys for us to use at the beach. We would totally stay here again.
