Welcome to your best vacation ever in this 1-bedroom 1.5-bathroom condo with a large balcony overlooking the luscious palms and pool on the 2nd floor at Crystal Palms Beach Resort conveniently located and nestled in the heart of Treasure Island, Florida. The ultimate vacation destination where you’ll enjoy the ocean, white sandy beach, breathtaking sunsets, and turquoise waters. The Crystal Palms complex has an outdoor heated pool and spa, with handicap friendly equipment to get into the water. Beach access is across the street directly in front of the complex – we count under 100 steps to sand!
Visit the nearby famous John’s Pass Village (about a mile away) where there’s something for everyone; fish, rent a jet ski, take a dolphin cruise, shop, grab a drink, enjoy ice cream, or eat at one of the many amazing restaurants and enjoy music.
Take the Suncoast Beach Trolley up and down the Gulf to explore area beaches, restaurants and local attractions the easy way - without worrying about directions or parking. The Trolley stops in front of the complex and all up and down Gulf Blvd, from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach / Pass-A-Grille.

CONDO INFO: - Privately managed with professional cleaning service…we are proud of our high cleaning standards!!! - Relaxing home away from home - Master En Suite has king bed, TV, private balcony access, and extra vanity sink - Master Bath has walk-in shower - Large walk-in closet - 2nd Bathroom is a half-bath - Hard floors throughout condo - Spacious kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances - Fully equipped kitchen; Keurig coffee maker, traditional ground coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishware, pots, pans, utensils, etc. - Open dining/living area - Dining table seats 4 and kitchen bar seats 2 - Living Room has a queen sofa bed and smart TV (sofa bed does require a modification when pulled out, please ask Host Jordyn) - Washer and Dryer in condo (detergent not provided) - Private pool view balcony (access from both Living Room and Master En Suite) - Patio table on balcony - Free Wi-Fi - Beach equipment is available as a convenience in the closet. We just can’t guarantee the exact number of items available as they are sometimes left behind broken or missing. We do our best to keep 2 beach chairs available for your use. There is also a community bin of beach equipment guests are free to use. Beach equipment rentals are also available on the beach. - Ice machine near lobby. - ONE assigned on-site parking spot with required parking pass. No guest parking. - Pictures on this listing ARE of the actual condo. Some decor/furniture improvements have been made.
SUPPLIES: Provided - initial starter supplies (2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, dish towel, dish rag, dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, travel size shampoo/lotion/soap bar, and 2 garbage bags). Also provided are all linens, towels, and beach towels. We do our best to stock some ground coffee, coffee filters, sugar, salt and pepper in the kitchen cabinet. We can’t guarantee k-cups.
Not provided - laundry detergent, facial tissues, or bottled water.
This is not a full-service hotel with daily housekeeping. We clean after your stay. Guests are responsible for providing their own toiletries and additional supplies.

HOUSE RULES: - GUEST MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO RENT, which is required by HOA (termination of reservation and no refund) - NO PETS ALLOWED IN CONDO OR ON COMPLEX PROPERTY (immediate termination of reservation will occur, along with a $300 charge will be applied) - NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN CONDO OR ON BALCONY (immediate termination of reservation will occur, along with a $300 charge will be applied) - Guest will be charged for late check-out past 10am - Guest will be charged for leaving behind excessive trash, food, drinks, or sand upon check-out - Guest will be charged for damaged or missing towels/linens - Guest will be charged for missing beach equipment
*For 28 days or longer bookings, there will be an additional $50 cleaning fee added to payment request prior to check-in. There will also be an additional $35 fee for towels and sheets exchange every 2 weeks.

Wonderful condo
This was a beautiful and clean condo. It is a perfect location, so close to everything. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The host was wonderful to deal with. They reached out to tell us we could check in early and also messaged us during our stay to make sure everything was going good. We will definitely be staying there again.

Couple of things to keep in mind
Overall, the management company made this review 5 stars because I had mentioned that I was disappointed there was no coffee pods, creamer or salt and pepper in the condo so Jordyn had the maid bring those items over right away. I thought that was above and beyond customer service.
I know that pleasing everyone with the bed situation can be difficult, but having previous back surgery, a comfortable bed is very important to both my husband and me. The bed is EXTREMELY hard and squeaky which was an issue. My husband even tried to sleep on the couch for a few hours to see it that was any better but it wasn't. I did suggest to Jordyn that they consider getting a mattress topper of some sort that could be added to make the bed more comfortable which she said she would pass along to the owner.
The location was great but keep in mind, it is on a busy street so it is not a quiet setting. I did love the view of the pool and the large balcony as well. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

We take pride in our service and ensuring our guests have the best experience possible. As you noted and as listed in our descriptions and messaging upfront, coffee is typically not a part of our starter supplies, as we found that everyone's coffee preferences are always different. We were happy to accommodate you to ensure your satisfaction was met during your stay. We also thank you for reporting the bedding issue to us and we are sorry to hear the discomfort it brought you and your husband. Again, as everyone’s level of comfort for a type of bed they like is something we strive to accomplish, we will continue to make this a comfort and priority for all of our guests. We are inspecting the bed to make sure it is in proper form and considering adding a topper. Lastly, the location of this property is displayed on the maps accordingly as across the street from the beach access. Different times of the year and day may produce a heavier flow of traffic, which is common on any beach property along Gulf Blvd. If a guest is sensitive to the outdoor environment for this location, we could recommend a guest to bring a sound machine of their choosing. Although we feel the sliding doors do keep the majority of any sound out. We appreciate you again sharing your feedback and giving us a great review. We were happy to have made it a great experience, and we do hope you stay with us again!
