The condo was old and musty smelling and needs updated in a bad way. We only stayed one night of our three night stay. The twin beds are bouncy and uncomfortable for adults.

I do not see that you called in to report any issues to our 24/7 Guest Services Team. We have local Property Managers ready to assist with any concerns that are brought to our attention. The cleanliness of the condo was not up to par. Dirty used linens left in the master bathroom things very out dated. Extra bedding had a clear marking of urine on it. Smell of the condo was of old dog urine. Floors were not swept when we arrived. Swept 2 huge piles of sand up the 1st night we were there. Photos of the place were very deceiving. Very disappointing.
