Venez passer des vacances sans souci dans ce magnifique condo de vacances entièrement meublé. Deux chambres, deux salles de bain au cinquième étage. La chambre principale a un lit queen avec salle de bain privée et vue sur la rivière et la piscine. Chambre d'hôtes a deux lits jumeaux. Le salon et le balcon ont vue sur la piscine et la rivière. Cuisine et chambre d'hôtes avec vue sur l'océan. La cuisine pleine grandeur est équipée d'appareils de grande taille avec beaucoup de plats et d'ustensiles de cuisine.

Le stationnement assigné est à quelques pas de la porte d'entrée avec entrée de porte-clés. Une place de parking supplémentaire peut être attribuée.

Piscine très propre avec un grand salon et un coin salon.

The property was perfect for my family vacation. The rooms were spacious and well furnished. Everything that we needed was there including beach towels, chairs, umbrella, as well as sand toys. The building is very secure and had ample parking for guests. We can't wait to return next year.

Pool area was great, used grill for suppers. 2 bathrooms is great when 4 people are getting ready in the mornings. Lots of glasses, plates, bowls, skillets…. Could have used dishwasher cubes, laundry cubes and garbage bags, we left ours for the next people! Thanks

Nice place for the money

Great location. Right across from the beach. Within walking distance of stores. Had a great time. Unit was a little dated but, that was seen on the pictures when we booked it.

Great getaway

Condos mostly owner occupied- well maintained property. Nothing fancy- could be updated in some areas. Pool was great. Directly across A1A from the beach. Quiet area. Our unit had everything we needed as a family of 4 for functional space and necessities. Owner/Management was quick to respond to inquiries and friendly.

The ocean was not across the street, large swimming pool, and it was very quiet.

I found it online, it was really easy to rent it, but checking in through a real estate company That's not all the property, made it a bad experience for us when it took 3 hours to get the keys and check in our room

Definitely not what we expected.

I want to say RUN far away but maybe after renovation it will get better?!? I'll start with we ran out of paper towels, trash bags and toliet paper. There was a single trash can with one bag in it for a family of 5. The bathroom had less then half a roll of T.P. in one bathrooom and 3 girls had to share that room, needless to say we had to go buy trash bags, toliet paper and paper towels becuase those also were only about half a roll and we were there 4 days. On another note we were awoke by workers EVERYDAY at 7am sharp as they were roofing directly above the condo using nail guns and a very loud air compressor right above us...had I know this I would have NEVER stayed it was suppose to be a vacation. The day before we were to leave we received a call from maintenance stating we had broken the front door that day however we had went to sea world that day and hadn't even been at the condo, when we had returned it was propt open by someone else, no key fob needed. Lastly the elevator is also pretty scary, hoping it's getting renovated also. Needless to say this condo was not a good deal or fit for our family.

It is very important to us to provide an opportunity for people to enjoy our home at a value price. While it will not have all of the bells and whistles of a hotel or resort, we try to provide a clean and comfortable home away from home.

Avons du aller chercher les clés à l'agence avant notre arrivé au condo, mais Troy et son équipe furent d'une grande aide et ont facilité notre arrivé. Les photos sont représentatives de la réalité. Très bien situé. Les autres locataires/propriétaires au condo furent très acceillants tout le long de notre séjour.

Property manager was in touch with me prior to arrival explaining the check in process, with address were to pick up keys, and the condo address. The condo was clean, and in excellent condition. It is in perfect location, only about a 1 minute walk to beach, the pool is clean an well maintained.

The property and location were great! We thought it was on the beach, it's across the street. The unit is dated but everything works properly. Evidence of pets is strong, which made me not want to walk barefoot on carpet.

The location was a walk from the beach with many options for groceries and food around. the unit could use some updates including the flooring, carpet and furniture. the pool was great and clean and the residents, pleasant. the manager was helpful and available when needed.

Nice place, not loud

Great place, but a lot of rust on electrical appliances, sinks. The stove is obsolete (broken stove rings). Finally, the lock of the door handle is difficult to open with the key. By making some changes regarding the items mentioned above, it would become a dream place.

Need some house cleaning

Went we first arrived there was a terrible odor we think it was the carpet that needed to be cleaned. Stanley Steemer can clean and take care of the odor they have an additive for that . There were only I think 4 wash clothes with 3 people staying that was good for one night I had to buy some wash cloths. There was not any soap for the bathroom to take a shower or bath I had to buy soap . There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for 3 days I had to buy toilet paper. Then there was a lot of hair that was not ours in the shower and on the bathroom floors there was a big gob of hair on the shower curtain. Other than that everything was fine.

Nice condo in a great location

Condo is well used but not down and out. Nice all around. We cooked all meals to save on our trip and it was up to the task. Second bedroom with twin beds worked great for our adult children. Plenty of room, nice pool, very comfortable. I would stay again, no problem.
