Only complaint was the loud renovating that was going on. No fault of the owner of the condo and renovations have to happen, we just wish we knew in advance. My husband was hoping to be able to sleep in on vacation, but being so loud early every morning, that wasn’t possible. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Great location and clean but elevator broke down, toilet was broke, board walk gate was closed down. Was hard to get tv to get to work

The elevator outage and the closed boardwalk gate are concerning; building/HOA typically handles those issues and we will contact them to confirm the status and prevent future guest impact. A broken toilet is unacceptable — we’ve escalated this to our maintenance team for immediate repair. We’ll also have a technician check the TV setup and update the guest instructions so it’s easier to operate. We appreciate you noting the location and cleanliness, and we apologize for the inconveniences you experienced. We’ll address these items with the owner, building staff, and our teams. Great location,beautiful appartment, good amenities. Some mold in bathroom ,which is expected in that climate, especially wirh lack of good bathrooms ventilation and dehumidifier in most of the housing. Also main bed was not with fresh bedsheets.

Our trip was great! Condo was beautifully decorated and anything you needed was there. It lacked nothing as far as the condo itself. The only issue was only one working elevator so very long lines to get up and down. That elevator that was working didn't seem to be in good shape either . And the hallways were rather dirty with trash and sand. Overall the trip was lovely and I'd stay again.
