Spacious and bright, the east facing windows illuminate the living room, kitchen and dining area, giving your vacation home that perfect South Florida vibe. You'll love to sink in and relax on the luxury leather recliner couch and chair, or catch up on a good book after a great day out in this little beach town.

Situated 1 block south of Atlantic Avenue, 2 blocks west of A1A and within view of The Seagate Hotel, this is a special spot east of the intracoastal!
Beachside Paradise is a 2nd floor unit (no elevator) in a 10 unit boutique building.

The outdoor seating area brings a sense of peace and relaxation with seating for 2 and a lovely view of the lushly landscaped courtyard. When it's time to unwind and you want to sleep in, pull your blackout curtains shut and enjoy the fan blowing overhead in your king size bed.

Sunrise on the balcony is peaceful and calming, and the evening breeze makes Beachside Paradise your ideal escape at the beach!

The open concept area allows you to make the most of your time together in the kitchen, dining area, and living room.
Your well stocked kitchen is outfitted with most of the cooking and serving items you may need during your stay. You'll have a full-size top/bottom refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, food prep area and food storage space. Silverware, dishes, bowls, coffee cups, water, and wine glasses, pots, pans, mixing bowls, cutting boards, corkscrew, can opener, cooking utensils, basic spices, dish towels, food storage containers and more are all supplied. Small appliances include, a Keurig coffee maker, a 2-slice toaster and a blender.

A Frontgate dining table is adjacent to the kitchen and seats 4 comfortably. The island countertop offers a bonus seating area for 3 and doubles as a second workspace for those that need to answer a few emails before heading out to the beach. You can even skip the car rental if you'd like!

Parking for 1 vehicle (or golf cart) is available on site and Beachside Paradise offers self check in with the electronic keypad.

Vehicle registration required.

Stays greater than 10 days are invoiced a mid-stay cleaning fee of $120

Please note by reserving this vacation rental Guest acknowledges and agrees to the following:

* On Beach Time Vacation Rentals requires Guest ID verification (all guests over 18-clear photo of person holding their ID), security deposit authorization with credit card ($350 deposit hold-not a charge) and short-term agreement w/pool waiver for access to the home. Id and credit card must match.
* Direct Bookings~ no cc processing fee if payment is made via check, wire or ach payment. Vrbo Bookings ~ the "host fee" you will see in your total pricing, "admin fee", is the cc processing fee. Airbnb Bookings ~ Airbnb fees are collected by Airbnb and we have no control over them. Palm Beach County Taxes ~ 13% mandated on all booking platforms
* 2 guests max-NO pets -1 King bed
* Bookings within 24 hours of arrival require adequate prep time; this means check in time may be after our standard 4pm check in time. **no credits or refunds will be given**
* Guests are responsible for all damage occurring on the premises during their stay. Violations of the Short Term Agreement will result in forfeiture of deposit, immediate termination of stay with no refunds for unused time and may be subject to additional fees related to the violation.
* Rates are subject to change until confirmed with deposit. Early check-in/Late check-outs are not guaranteed and will only be offered in writing if available. Guests are responsible for any damage occurring on the premises during their stay. Smoking, unauthorized events, filming and illegal activity will result in an automatic forfeit of deposit. Any additional damages are payable within 24 hours of proof of payment. Guest releases On Beach Time Vacation Rentals and its associates of any and all liability and ensures that they are covered by their own health/accident insurance.

While we love our fur babies and yours, our HOA does not permit our Guests to have pets.

Service animals require proof of vaccination, check up w/in the last 30 days and letter from licensed medical or mental health provider.
Service animals may NOT be left in the unit alone.
Service animals are NOT permitted on furniture.
Service animals are NOT permitted to use piddle pads in the home.

Owner MUST pick up after their service animals and properly dispose of feces in the dumpster/bin on the ground floor.

A $300 deposit in addition to the standard deposit for the stay, is required for all service animals.

Sadly, many attempt to sneak their pets in or use false certifications to bring animals into a vacation home. We kindly ask that you do not book with us if that is your intent.
Violations of the Service Animal policy will result in an automatic forfeiture of deposit, an additional cleaning fee and immediate termination of stay with no refunds for unused time.
