Casa Toa: Private adobe home near Santa Fe Plaza

Beautiful adobe home minutes to the plaza. Two bedrooms, 2 full baths, jacuzzi tub for 2, living room, full kitchen, large dining room, fireplace. Charming, upscale, near historic plaza, museums, dining, mountains, hiking. Antiques, modern AC & heat, large landscaped yard, off-street parking, comfortable, private. Walk to farmers’ market, make a gourmet meal, enjoy the patio or a cozy fireplace evening. This is my home but I travel a lot so request dates which I will most likely approve!

Stay with confidence during the COVID-19 period, we are taking extra cleaning and disinfection measures after every guest stay: disinfect every single high-touch surface (doorknobs, countertops, table surfaces, chairs, bathroom, faucets, toilets (seat and handle), light switches, TV + heating/cooling remotes. Very private and cosy, 1400SF, 1 master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, entire place is furnished with antiques, lots of light. Enjoy our large and shaded, very private yard, relax in the hammock, have coffee while listening to local resident birds, or walk to a quaint breakfast place 2 minutes away. Modern and quiet heating and cooling system, Roku, fully equipped full-size kitchen, thick adobe walls, very Santa Fe and very welcoming!

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OUTSIDE OF REGISTERED GUESTS. No smoking, indoor or outdoor, no pets as we are allergic to dog & cat hair. Tesla charger requires agreement and charge to cover cost.
HOUSE RULES
Fireplace use: if you are experienced in building fires in a fireplace, you may do so but there will be a $25 cleaning fee to be left cash inside house for housekeeper. Please let housekeeper dispose of ashes safely. Please take off your shoes if they are muddy before entering the house. No candle burning anywhere in the house for safety reasons. Unfortunately we don't have off-street parking for large vehicles such as RVs but they can be parked on the street. No bicycles are allowed inside. If you have bicycles, please keep them locked in your vehicle or in the yard. Non-paid/unregistered guests cannot stay overnight. No smoking, not even outside in the backyard or front yard. Please walk out to the street if you want to smoke. No loud music in the yard or inside the house, we have neighbors and try to be respectful of their peace and quiet. No animals allowed. Please bag all your trash (we provide several trash bags for your stay but if you need more, let us know) and place in large green trash bin outside. We will take it out to the street but no unbagged trash as it will fly away and we would have to charge you for cleaning it up. Check-out time is 11 am. Any late check-out will result in a $35/hour charge. Please leave the keys where you found them, make sure all windows are closed and lock the front door on your way out. Thank you.
