Préparez-vous à vous détendre dans cet appartement d'une chambre situé à Santa Monica. Ce charmant logement offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour exceptionnel, notamment le Wi-Fi, la climatisation, une télévision de 65 pouces dans le salon et une télévision de 55 pouces dans la chambre. Un lit king size extrêmement confortable. Une cafetière et une machine à expresso, ainsi qu'une cuisine entièrement équipée, vous permettront de préparer tout ce qui vous fait envie. Nous mettons également à votre disposition une place de parking dans l'allée, juste devant l'immeuble. Cet appartement se trouve au deuxième étage de l'immeuble (2 étages, 3 appartements). Cet appartement est idéal pour un couple, mais nous acceptons les enfants et mettons à votre disposition un matelas gonflable pouvant être installé dans le salon. L’ambiance paisible de l’appartement permettra à nos hôtes de se sentir comme chez eux. Nous avons hâte de vous accueillir chez nous.

Brian’s apartment is as well stocked as it can get! Super tidy, charming and in a fantastic location! Highly responsive with any questions you may have, would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Santa Monica. The host provides literally everything you could need, or may have forgotten. The bed was super comfortable. The location was highly walkable and near many restaurants. We walked to and from the pier along the boardwalk, and really appreciated Brian's info on the free shuttle, Ride Circuit, for days we were too tired to walk any further. Excellent service! I would higly recommend Brisn's place, and hope to return!

The apartment was better than the pictures on VRBO! Quiet neighborhood. Easy walking. The kitchen was well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Parking is so important in Santa Monica, and it was nice to park in front of the building. Having a laundry available was a plus too. Brian was an easy host to work with.

We need to travel to Los Angeles often so I’ve seen and stayed in a lot of places. I have to say this is one of the nicest! It’s not huge but it feels spacious due to the high ceilings. The bed was excellent. I slept like a baby. The host was available and very helpful. Suffice to say we loved this apartment and we hope to be back soon!

This was the perfect apartment for our 5 day trip to Santa Monica. The property was spacious and very comfortable with all the amenities we required. It was like home from home. The parking space was convenient for our time there. The area was quite which was great. It was only a few blocks from the night life and the beach. Which was great and just what we wanted. Would highly recomend this property.

Just as advertised, clean and uncluttered, off street parking made things easy. Also quite walkable to beach and farmers market, lovely neighborhood. Walked to Piccolos for dinner, highly recommend.

We had a excellent stay at this rental. The apartment was charming and very comfortable. It felt a little bit like a tree house, which we loved. The location was convenient for walking to stores, Starbucks, and the beach. Communication with the owners was quick and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

We are Karina and Brian. We’ve lived in the area for over 20 years. We are all about enjoying the outdoors and all that beautiful Santa Monica offers. We have 2 teenage sons who were lucky enough to grow up here. We all enjoy surfing, hiking, paddle boarding and a good game of pick up basketball.
