Great Location!

This home is much bigger than it looks! It held the 5 of us and the dog perfectly for a long weekend. Everything we did was under 15min away. Shopping, hiking, tubing...all right there. If you have anyone in your family who struggles with stairs, you may want to consider putting then on one of the two very comfortable couches downstairs. And unfortunately there is no laundry available, but otherwise I highly recommend!

Spring break getaway

Spent a week during spring break with the family. Had a great time. Close to all of the attractions in Conway and surrounding areas. House was a good size and great price. Fenced in yard for our dog. Toys and games for the kids as well as outdoor activities too.

Family weekend

When we arrived, we could not get in. The code that was sent to my email was not accurate. Was able to message the owner and get the correct information. Once inside, we loved the space. The kids had a great time with the pool table! The outdoor space was a little disappointing. The zippers on the screen were broken and there were leaves everywhere. Could use some cleanup. The kids were excited to use the trampoline but it did not look safe. The kitchen was pretty but could use some additional items such as dish towels and oven mitts. The beds were very comfortable!

Very nice stay

My family stayed for my children’s birthday weekend. They are 4 and 5 and enjoyed the house and the yard. Nice locations, on a side street and close to a school( we used the playground on the weekend.

Nice place to stay

The house is conveniently located about 10-15 minutes to the main attractions in North Conway. It had everything we needed for cooking, towels and sheets were provided. Dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard and our toddler enjoyed the kids toys.

We’ve stayed here once before and liked it so much we booked again. Perfect location to Cranmore and downtown North Conway. The house has just about everything you’ll need. Guaranteed family fun!

Great property, well maintained

We had our yearly anniversary trip to New Hampshire but we have always stayed at hotels. This was our first time renting a property and we were very happy with our stay. The property is well maintained and updated. It was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room and privacy with a fenced in back yard for our dog. He king in and out was easy and we would recommend staying here especially if you have kids or dogs. Looking to book again for next year. Thanks again!

Perfect homebase for exploring the White Mountains

We came to see fall foliage in NH and were not disappointed! This was the perfect homebase after spending a day driving Kancamagus Highway, then a day in shopping in Conway and taking the train. The kitchen was well equipped, and the living area with fireplace was great for our cozy evenings in. We were 2 adults, but the place would have been perfect for a family as well. They had lots of toys for young children. We also brought our pup and he loved running around in the backyard.

Fun house

So much fun inside and out. Loved the screened in porch, gaming area, projection tv, pool and air hockey table, kids toys area, keyboard, speakers, trampoline, and playground. Also close enough to walk to conway lake. We dropped off kayaks and then walked from the house. Small trail nearby too. The teens in our group especially enjoyed it. The air conditioning was awesome. The 3 bedrooms might not work for everyone. The two on the end were open on one wall (noise from downstairs) and had to go through a bedroom to get to the middle one. But we had fans/noise machine and close - sibling, parent, offspring group, so noise and privacy were not an issue for us. We would LOVE to rent again next year :D

Perfect location for hiking and shopping!

The property was wonderful. Close to downtown and hiking trails. Dog friendly and we got some use out of the pool/air hockey table! Would stay here again

Great house to stay at

We were absolutely thrilled when we walked in to this huge chalet! It was so clean and there were plenty of beds. There is a great outdoor space as well with a screened in porch. I would definitely stay here again!!

What a place!

Such a cozy (but totally spacious) place to stay! We were up for a birthday weekend. It was the coldest weekend in New Hampshire in recent history, so we spent a bit more time in the A frame than we expected to. No complaints though! It is deceivingly roomy. Some of us hung out in the back with the projector playing. Some of us up front chilling and using the main tv and space. We could not hear each others tvs which was awesome. The house is thoughtfully stocked from spices to toiletries. Some hosts really skimp there but Andres does not. After a night out at Mae Kelly’s for dinner and drinks, the karaoke machine was a HIT. Really fun touch. Linens plentiful. Beds very comfortable. About 10-15 min drive to North Conway. Very neat and tidy for a place that welcomes dogs. We only have chihuahuas that don’t shed and are house trained, but some rentals that allow dogs are worn out. Not the case here. Andres was super responsive and not intrusive at all. Great host. Great spot. Thank you Andres!

A very cute house with plenty of room for family/friends. Great amenities for kids. They loved the outdoor set up as well as the TV projector screen. We’d definitely stay here again!
