Two of the bedrooms and the lower level DO NOT have A/C. The master bedroom, living room do have A/C. The lower level does not need it, even in the hottest times.

Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- NO RENTERS UNDER 25 (unless they are children, part of a family)
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
