Quite 3-Bedroom House in Reston Near it All!

Our peaceful 3 bdrm home is centrally located in Reston on a quiet cul-de-sac. Wiehle-Reston East Metro Station is a close walk. Lake Thoreau, Reston National Golf Course, and South Lakes Shopping Center are all within 20 min walk. The home backs up to a quiet park, and there is a playground next to the house. Every room has a 50” TV. The kitchen is loaded with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals. The back deck is very private. Short drive to Reston Town Center. This is a strict NO SMOKING/VAPING house and anywhere on the property. We have a cigarette/marijuana electronic smoke detector installed in the house. This is also a NO PETS house and property. This is out of respect for future guests with smoke and pet allergies. If there is any evidence of smoking or pets on the property, you will be charged a $500 fine, which will be strictly enforced. Similarly, we do not allow gathering or parties. The maximum number of guests is 6. Breaking this rule will also incur a $500 fine.
