Great Summer Vacation

We loved our stay! It was very clean and spacious - lots of room to relax! We really liked the pool and hot tub! Close to lots of restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect vacation

Fantastic vacation

The house is very spacious for the 8 of us and had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday and the beaches and restaurants are minutes away. We will definitely be back again!

Perfect property!

The layout of the house is perfect for multi generation families. The house is very well equipped with fully stocked kitchen and grill. Both the screened in porch and the deck are lovely. The pool and furniture around it are very nice for all ages. Definitely our favorite for the second year in a row and we are looking forward to next year!

Great house!

My family had a very relaxing vacation at this property. The house is very well-stocked, in great condition, and the pool is fantastic! We did have a few issues pop up during our stay, but Rick was quick to respond and remedy them. We look forward to staying here again!

Fun in the sun

This house was perfect for our friends gathering. There was plenty of room for everyone and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Having the garage was a big plus,the pool and hot tub were very refreshing. It was easy and quick to get to Lewes and, other beaches and other attractions nearby. We recommend this property highly

Fantastic house close to beaches

This is our second year to this house in Lewes. The house is beautiful, very spacious and clean. Plenty of room for 8 adults. The host is very responsive and helpful! The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked most of our meals there. I will definitely return again!

Outstanding!

We felt comfortable and relaxed in this smartly furnished, very clean home. Located on a quiet street, we were able to enjoy morning walks and neighborhood bike rides. We spent our days shopping at the outlets and riding the well maintained bike trails—all within a ten minute drive. Highly recommended!

Wonderful quiet retreat

We stayed here mostly because it was close to family but it ended up being a lovely quiet retreat for us over Thanksgiving! Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and well equipped. Perfect for our group of 6 adults and a 1 year old. Spacious with plenty of space for gathering together and also for those who like to sit and read. Good kitchen for prepping meals for a group. Wonderful experience and we will rent again!

Fantastic house and location

The Lewis house was perfect for us. We were visiting relatives. House was positioned so we were 20 minutes from Cape Henlopen State Park beach. The house design gave every one private space. The pool was great but the host should leave instructions for operating the pool cleaning robot. We needed to clean the pool which was easy - one of our family members knew how to use the pool robot. The pool was fantastic.

Perfect Family Getaway

We were a family of 4, consisting of 2 adults and 2 teens. This home was perfect for us - plenty of room for everyone, beautiful kitchen for making some meals at home, and a PERFECT pool and hot tub. The home layout is thoughtful - we love the flow of the kitchen to screen porch to deck. The location was close to beautiful beaches, fun seaside attractions, bike trails, and quaint shopping. The home has a garage you can use, which was great for storing our bikes while not in use. We loved it! If ever in Delaware again, we will stay here!

Relaxing time

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and well kept. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and eating in the screened porch. It was nice to have all the linens provided and a well-stocked kitchen. (The only thing we couldn't find was a wine bottle opener.) For us, the 3-car garage was an added bonus. The home is close to many restaurants and shopping outlets, as well as a quick drive to the beach. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. It was a great home for our family vacation.

Zen Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay and were sad to leave! We loved the open house concept, décor and commodities offered, which is indicative of the host's thoughtfulness and attention to detail. Not having to leave the house for pool access was a huge benefit as it allowed the adults to relax while the kids enjoyed the warm pool every day. Definitely made for a very therapeutic vacation. House was minutes away from stores, Lewes beach and kayaking which made for fun days out. Communication with our host was effortless which is a key component when deciding whether to recommend this home to friends. Rick was extremely responsive and graciously amenable to providing guidance. My family and I have stayed at many homes in the Delaware area for years, and this is by far our top 3 homes! Thank you Rick for your hospitality and sharing your home with us which allowed for wonderful family memories. Will definitely be back!
