Very nice property exactly as advertise. Vicente was very responsive. Very relaxing and quiet neighborhood close to grocery. Had all the necessities that would be needed.

Desert Getaway

We had a lovely stay for Spring Break with our family. We had plenty of room and the jacuzzi was amazing. It was too cold to go in pool, so we enjoyed the patio and backyard. Very quiet and close to hiking and shops/restaurants.

Great Spot for Joshua Tree Access

Great home for multiple families to relax after a day of hiking or to stay over before heading into the national park. The pool, hot tub and other amenities were a huge hit with our group of 4 dads and 7 kids. Overall, everything was clean and easy, highly recommend!

The Perfect JT Getaway

The stay was perfect. This is a beautiful property with a very nice pool. It was nicely furnished and very clean with all the amenities that we needed. There is plenty of space for everyone and the location is good. Communication with Vincent was easy and he responded very quickly. I’m sure we will be coming here in our future stay while visiting the area. Thank you!

Great home for many people.

This home was perfect for our Thanksgiving vacation. We were a party of 12 people and the home had accommodations for all of us very nicely. Vincent was an excellent communicator and easy to work with. My only recommendation would be to add a few more bath towels to the house and update the pots and pans. It didn’t affect our stay or our review, just a suggestion when there are a lot of people in the house. Highly recommend this house.

Joshua Tree

This is a great house in an excellent location to explore Joshua Tree National Park. Our group of 4 adults and 5 kids had a wonderful time hiking in the park in the morning and swimming and lounging poolside in the afternoon. The memory foam beds and linens were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the outdoor table. A few small things in the kitchen could be improved on, and I expect the owner will complete this soon. Vincent was promptly responsive to questions and requests.

Great house and very easy to get ahold of host

My family and I loved staying here. We were a total of 13 (4 adults, one teen, and 6 kids under 11) and the rooms/sleeping arrangements worked out great. We loved the layout of the house and how we could have privacy due to the room with one of the kings being on the opposite side of the house with a bathroom and access to the backyard. The pool was amazing and the backyard was so perfect! The huge outdoor table made it so easy for us BBQ and eat together and just always be together - which is exactly what we were going for. The fire pit was nice to have for when the kids went down and the adults wanted to stay up later and still be far enough away to not wake the kids but still have our own space. The pool was cold but that was our fault...we were expecting the desert to be hotter but I guess April still isn't hot enough. If you visit in spring I suggest paying the extra money to have the pool heated because it would have definitely taken out experience up to the next level, but we still had a great time. If we ever find ourselves going to JTNP again we will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the host for being so quick to respond to our questions as well!

Look no further ! This is the house !!!!

Loved staying at the Nomad Sanctuary!! Home was perfect for our family of 10 ! Loved everything about the home.. spacious ! Comfortable! Kitchen !!! Bedrooms and bathrooms !!! The backyard was out favorite!! Pool was perfection !!! Home was so close to the park and town !! Vincent is awesome ! I really appreciate the great communication about anything we had needed or had questions on. Would 💯 stay here again !!!

Beautiful house near Joshua Tree NP

There was plenty of room for our group of 8 adults and 6 children in this beautiful house. We appreciated the large kitchen and the extra refrigerator in the garage. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi at the beginning of our stay when it was warm. During the cooler, windier weather we hiked, visited the Living Desert, raced "A Run Through Redlands", played games including ping pong in the house, and ended at Disneyland. Vincent responded promptly to our questions and requests. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome property!

Great place for family! We really enjoyed the back patio and pool area. The fire pit at night was great! We had plenty of room for the family đŸ‘Ș❀ Thank you for a wonderful stay, next time we hope to stay longer.

Comfortable, clean stay in the desert

Great house to stay in with friends or family for the weekend. Location is very close to the west entrance of Joshua Tree National Park, and a 5-minute drive to the restaurants and shops in Yucca Valley. We didn't use the pool, but the jacuzzi was a great way to relax after a long day of hiking. The property was clean and the appliances/lights all worked and were in great shape. Check-in/check-out was a breeze, and Vincent was very responsive to messages. Would stay here again in the future when visiting the area!

We loved our stay

We loved our stay. The place accommodated our large party of 6 adults, three kids and one infant with room to spare. We also had two dogs and it was still very comfortable. Exactly and pictured and the host was super responsive when we had questions. Will definitely be returning.
