The Space:
This is a recently remodeled modern-style home for you, your family and friends. A big backyard, with POOL, JACUZZI, Bocce ball and MINI GOLF Court, this is the perfect place to relax, enjoy pool and cocktails anytime of the day.

The Layout:
- 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms comfortably sleeps your group.
- All bedrooms are equipped with brand-new, memory foam mattresses.

- The master bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite master bathroom.
- Three other bedrooms have two queen beds
-The remaining 1 bedroom have one queen bed each.

- The living room has a sectional sofa and a 65" smart TV.
- Electric fireplace for cold nights.

- Very large kitchen with a big island. Plenty of counter space and fully functional appliances

-We do have four security cameras at the front entrance and back entrance. This is only for security and safety reason (in case there is a break in, etc…)

Jacuzzi
Please shower before use. Please don’t put any liquid/solid soap into it, any extra cost occurring will be charged. The guests will take all liability and responsibility for their own safety.

Pool
Anyone under 18 needs his/her parent’s present while swimming or near the pool for safety reasons. No diving and no glass near the pool. The guests will take full liability and responsibility for your own and your guests safety.
This Pool can be heated, please notice us ONE DAY before your arrival if you’d like to heat it up, the pool temperature is 85 degree. The pool heating fee is $180/day from May to September, $250/day from October to April.

*Please note that the pool service is between 8am - 12pm every Monday and Thursday.

Pets
We love pets. Your fur-friends are welcome with an additional fee of $60/ pet per stay. (max 2 pets allowed). You are required to disclosed before booking.
However, they are not allowed to swim in the pool. Please be mindful, as their fur can cause the pool filters to build-up.
Please be aware of desert plants and wild life and keep your pets away from them. We strongly suggest you to use leash and accompany your pets while running in the yard, because the cactus might hurt. You are 100% responsible for yourself and your pets.

Broken Items
We understand that accidents happen, if anything breaks down - even if it's your fault - let us know so we can send someone to fix it or replace it for you and future guests.


Plumbing
All houses in Joshua Tree are on a Septic Tank system. For this reason, nothing can be flushed down the toilet except toilet paper. Following these guidelines will avoid problems with the plumbing. If it is determined that the pipes have been clogged due to misuse, a $200 repair fee will be charged. Thank you for your cooperation.


Parties or Events or Extra Guest
We do not allow guests to throw parties or events in our home. We designed a house environment for 12 people and please be sure no extra guests in the house. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors.

No-Smoking
Smoking (including E-Cig) is not allowed in the property or within 15 feet exterior door. Please dispose cigarettes into a plastic bag and put them in the outdoor trash can. If the above is not maintained, we will charge a $100 special cleaning fee. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes in the trash. We appreciate your cooperation.

Checking Out
Please check out of our rental by 11:00AM. Please checking out by this time ensures that we have enough time to clean the property and get it ready for our next guest. For any late check out, we will reserve the right to charge $200 if exceed 20 minutes and half day rate if exceed one hour.

Other things to note
WILDLIFE:
The desert is wild and if you are very sensitive to insects, mice & bugs - it may not be for you. If you leave a door open, animals ,flys , bugs and more might run in. There are indeed rare sightings of snakes, ants & spiders out here. We love it and so do most of our guests, but just a friendly reminder that we are indeed in the wild. And we are always more than happy to have a creature safely relocated if you find it to be a threat.

The Neighborhood:
Joshua Tree's neighborhood is a captivating blend of rustic charm and artistic spirit. Nestled against the backdrop of the iconic Joshua Tree National Park, the area boasts a desert landscape dotted with the distinctive namesake trees. Quaint adobe-style houses, often adorned with vibrant murals, contribute to the area's bohemian atmosphere. Residents and visitors alike enjoy a laid-back lifestyle, with local art galleries, eclectic shops, and cozy cafes fostering a sense of community. Getting Around:
You will need a car, but rideshares and taxis are also readily available.
