2 Resort Style Pools: The Northside pool is less than 5 min walk from your doorstep and features 5,000 sq ft zero entry style and is heated seasonally. (Oct/Nov, 12/17 - 1/1, and Mar/Apr) The Southside pool also features cabanas and loungers.

- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit B). There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.

- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A.
