Sweet spot for long restful weekend

We spent 3 peaceful days in Craig’s cozy, well equipped casita. The gardens are outstanding as are the outdoor seating areas. Our family also enjoyed two restful afternoons with us.

We really enjoyed our stay in Glendale. The kitchen and bathroom of the apartment are small but totally workable, for just the two of us. The living room and bedroom are light and airy, and it felt very cozy. The patio gardens are EVERYTHING!! From coffee in the morning to a glass of wine at night, Craig's sanctuary was the perfect space to hang and relax.

Tranquil Retreat

This was the most relaxing space. The yard water feature and yard is gorgeous and you feel completely transported out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Craig was so helpful and nice it felt like staying with an old friend. Can’t wait to come back!

Rejuvenating Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed getting to stay at Craig and Barbra’s cozy cottage space! It was so thoughtfully curated inside and out. The bed was comfortable, the living room was nice, kitchen well appointed, and we really appreciated that the space was extremely clean and breezy with the windows open. The unit faces the garden backyard which is utterly spectacular and complete with cool views of surrounding city areas and mountains in the distance. Communicating with the hosts was easy and helpful and we hope to get to stay with them again since we had such a great time.

Serene hidden gem!

This was the sweetest VRBO rental I’ve ever stayed at! Simple, clean, comfortable bed and the most beautiful outdoor living space- softly running water features, beautiful landscaping and the kindest owner! It’s like being on a retreat! 10/10- I can’t wait to stay there again!

Excellent home

The property was excellent. The location was super close to everything we wanted to do, and a nice safe neighborhood . Craig the owner was excellent to deal with communicating with us ahead of time to make sure we found the place OK and to let us know if we had any questions to contact him.The patio is truly amazing, great place to relax and have coffee and breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. After attending a concert one evening we came home and the patio was almost magical with the lighting, water flowing and the plants. We will definitely stay here again if in the area!

The homeowner has landscaped the back yard with a babbling brook and pond filled with fish. The living quarters are very comfortable. If you are looking for a good place in Glendale, this is it!

Idyllic spot

We were so happy that we chose this place for our 4 day visit in the LA area. Cozy inside and beautiful outside, it was a relaxing and enjoyable spot to return to after days of sightseeing. We especially enjoyed eating some meals outside while watching the birds in the backyard. The interior was clean and well-equipped, and our host Craig was friendly and communicative. Great Place

The apartment was great we had everything we needed and the garden area was absolutely beautiful with a pound and view of the city. Craig was very accommodating allowing us to drop off our luggage early so we didn’t have to carry around in the car. It was close to everything we wanted and having off street parking was great.

This location is perfect for anyone who wants easy access to freeways for sightseeing. The property is beautifully landscaped, and the interior has everything a couple needs to feel right at home.
