Caribe Breeze Villa, Private, peaceful villa with pool.

Caribe Breeze is a very quiet, private villa that can accommodate up to 8 guests with new owners as of 2025. Powered by solar, batteries, and island power. Come see St. John’s natural beauty from Caribe Breeze.

Caribe Breeze is located on the Coral Bay side of the island and boasts panoramic views of Virgin Islands National Park (never to be developed), and the British Virgin Islands view on the other. The sunrises and star-gazing are spectacular! Float in the pool at night and watch the shooting stars.

There are two separate Master Suites (one King and one Queen) each with a lovely outdoor stone shower. Both the King and Queen Suites also have a single daybed for a child or extra guest. There is also a queen sleeper-sofa in the living area with its own private outdoor stone shower. Both bedrooms are reached by going outside and are not connected to the main living quarters, ensuring maximum privacy. The two lower suites have quiet Mitsubishi air conditioning. The villa can sleep up to eight comfortably. Pricing is based on two - four guests, and additional guests are $50 per person per night extra. The pool deck makes a great place to watch the tropical sunrises or enjoy a glass of wine or cold rum drink.
We have all the amenities of home, including large Roku TV, beach towels and chairs. This is a comfortable home with gorgeous interiors and furnishings.

You can walk to Salt Pond Bay and John's Folly Bay. There are several restaurants in Coral Bay and the Calabash Market is only 5 minutes away. There is excellent snorkeling just down the hill in John's Folly Bay, or drive a short distance to Salt Pond Bay and Lameshur Bay.

A rental car is a necessity. We recommend a jeep-type vehicle with some road clearance. It doesn't need to have 4WD. I have a list of all the rental agencies in St. John that I can provide, although Slim Man is a great choice. (It is also possible to rent a car in St. Thomas but it needs to be similar to a jeep and then you need to use the car ferry from St. Thomas and back.)

I definitely know why this place is called Caribe breeze. There is an amazing breeze that flows through the house constantly. The views are amazing. Highly recommend.

The pool and view were amazing! Super clean property. Owner was very helpful. House was about ten minutes away from Coral Bay Area. Outdoor style showers were a unique concept that ended up being pleasant after a day out in the sun with the tree coverage. Solar power on the house was excellent during the short power outage one morning!

We had such a good stay here! The views from the upstairs deck and pool area were unbeatable! Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. The road in was rough but so are most roads on the island and after a few days, we hardly noticed. We really enjoyed how close to Salt Pond and Lameshur (an even rougher road but a super private beach with lots of conches) beaches were. This was definitely a quieter side of the island and suited us just fine! The bedrooms stayed comfortably cool and the outdoor showers really topped off the island experience. We enjoyed breakfast at the Cinnamon Bay Raintree Cafe before hitting the more popular beaches. We would stay here again, which is the best recommendation I can give to a place.

Wow! What a view! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Caribe Breeze for a week with friends. The continuous breeze from the ocean kept us cool and kept the bugs away. Beds were comfy and everything was nice and clean. The road to the cottage is bumpy so a 4 wheel drive is needed. Overall great experience and I’d stay here again. Host is very responsive.

Thanks, glad you enjoyed your stay. Yes, the road is bumpy, but 4WD is not a requirement, just a vehicle with a bit of clearance, like a Jeep, Nissan Rouge, Toyota RAV4, etc.

We had an outstanding stay Caribe Breeze! The views are amazing! The house was very comfortable and inviting! Plenty of room to relax and unwind. David was easy to work with and was quick to respond to questions or needs. The location is quiet and private. There are other houses close to the property, but the way they’re laid out on the hill you don’t even realize they’re close and we never saw anyone else. Caribe Breeze is definitely a gem in the Coral Bay Area! We can’t wait to go back!

We loved our stay at Caribe Breeze! The location was further east than we typically stay, but the breeze was definitely worth it! Our kids enjoyed the pool, the view was fantastic, and everything was just as described. Our jeep made it around with no issues!

The amazing view from the decks and pool were highlights of this property. Nice and new bathrooms, and plenty of thoughtful details and comforts. Prompt and easy communication with owner through app. Only concern was that the master bed was very hard/thin mattress which made it challenging to sleep in that bedroom.

Very private, top of the hill. The stars were the best we’ve ever seen in a National park. This side of the island is quiet but there was a fantastic food truck at the bottom of the driveway (Flavorful Delights) and a few restaurants.Pool was clean, it was chilly and windy during our stay but it was neat to watch the storms travel on the horizon. Would stay again!

BEAUTIFUL view, from morning to night. Clean and refreshing pool. Options to sit/read/talk on pool deck or top balcony. Solar power came in clutch. Caribe Breeze was amazing. Home was exactly as the pictures showed. We had a lot of rain but the home was comfortable and while the neighbor had power outages the solar panels of Caribe Breeze kept us comfy despite all that was going on around us. Close to beaches and a great place to stay. Very private. Loved it.

The house worked perfect for our family. A little off the beaten path, which we like. Peace and quiet and beautiful views that go on forever. Nicely stocked with everything you need and a great pool to cool off in. Great beach nearby, but an easy drive to some of the busier beach areas too. Host was quick to answer questions and very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Great Place. Amazing View

This was a truly unique property. My wife and I and our three kids in their 20s stayed there. The location was peaceful and private. We woke up each morning to breathtaking views and the sounds and sights of nature. We had a great time and highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay!

We loved the location of this home, its beautiful views, and the incredible pool. We had not previously spent much time in Coral Bay but we fell in love with the area and will stay here next time. The kitchen had everything we needed, the rooms were just beautiful, and the view is amazing. Dave, the property manager, was available for issues and rectified the small issues immediately. Thank you for an incredible trip!

Excellent view and location

The location of the property is very close to Salt Pond Beach, our favorite beach. Additionally, the home itself is very private with beautiful views. Everything was clean and welcoming upon arrival. The property manager was super responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this home.

We had been traveling to St. John for many years and had been looking for our own property for several years. We were finally able to purchase beautiful Caribe Villa in December 2024.

Coral Bay area of St. John is away from the crowded Cruz Bay are a while still having access to all the beaches and National Park beautiful beaches. The Villa is next to a large area of pristine National Park Land.
