Great Service

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rended one of their apartments for 2.5 months. They were very responsive for any needs I had. Most importantly, I received my full deposit back the day before I left with only the legitimate and documented electricity charges deducted. That doesn't always happen in Playa del Carmen.

En plein cœur de Playa Del Carmen

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Hello, and thank you for staying with us. We’re sorry that the repairs made to the air conditioning did not resolve the issue. At this time, a new unit has already been installed in the bedroom, ready for whenever you choose to return. Regarding the other matters, we would have loved to know about them during your stay so we could have addressed them promptly; however, a review was completed at check-out. It was a pleasure having you as our guests, and we truly enjoyed hosting you. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future.

Palmares Condo unit A4

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are staying in Playa del Carmen, go for an apartment instead of a hotel. The apartment is so beautiful on the inside, spacious, modern style, well equipped for a stay, with high ceilings, paintings and ornaments. Very well equipped kitchen.Upon arriving the friendly check-in guy greeted us with not only keys but also a good explanation of the surroundings and even brought some ice cold beer. This place, not only because of its convenient location but for its authenticity and friendly staff is highly recommended.

Good afternoon Charles, thank you for your evaluation and comments. You choose from one of the best apartments in town, a brand new condo in the heart of Playa del Carmen sufficently far from loud nightclubs and close at the same time to everything. We are happy to know you can enjoy your stay with us and would like to clarify that upon the arrival your personal concierge provided you of his cell phone number in case of any assistance; our staff is always available on both agencies we have in town, by email and unfortunately on that case we did not receive any special requests from you we would have be happy to assist you with. We hope we get the opportunity to host you again on your next visit to Playa! Warm regards from Playa Moment's

5 min walk to 5th Ave, Beach, Mamitas- Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was very clean, modern and in a great and safe location. The beach, 5th Avenue, La Mega (grocery store), and anything you might need are within a 5 min walk. Best decision to stay here and not on fifth avenue, as there isnt nearly as much noise and you can actually sleep at night. Its also very convenient that there is a pull out coach. Great for the kiddos and 2 TVs so no one is fighting. But my favorite part might just be the mattress!
