This condo is exactly like the pictures. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked. Super comfortable bed. The area is quiet and a wonderful location. Easy walk to grocery, restaurants, bike/walking path.

This was a fantastic place to stay, the unit was fully stocked with everything that you'd want for a beach vacation and the location was perfect. The hosts answered every question in a fast manner and even sent us updates for unforeseeable things like an area wide power outage. These guys are awesome!

Loved the view and sound of waves breaking on the beach. Slept on sofa bed in living room (remarkably comfortable) to be able to sleep with that in the background. Close to highway but that was ok, sound of waves covered car noise. Convenient location, close to walking/biking trail, shopping, restaurants and farmers market.

Beautiful views

The view from the lanai is why we chose this property and it didn’t disappoint. We absolutely loved the views. Pool was also beautiful and the condo was well appointed with all the things we required for the week. They were also so kind to extend our checkout by 2 hours since we have an infant and a long travel day ahead. The air conditioner is confined to the bedroom, so the condo does get quite hot even with doors / windows open. We did know this before we booked this property though. A few maintenance things needed to be addressed. We were told a handy man would come Sunday or Monday but they didn’t arrive during our stay. The bed was very uncomfortable / saggy. I think the box spring may have been broken. Otherwise just small maintainance things.

Kauai vacay

This property is in need of a major facelift. Nothing worked well and everything needs updating from the bed and furniture to the kitchen and bathroom. Everything was very worn out. The view is the best part but it was on a very busy highway which degraded the property.

Wonderful place to stay with great view! Suggestion to owner was to put a blind over front access door so outside lighting could be reduced. Security lights over front door shined into hallway and bedroom 
.Also people could see in even with current window treatment in place

Beautiful Ocean View and Comfortable

Nice condo with everything you need. We stayed for three nights after extending our stay on Kauai. The views of the ocean are spectacular. There is the highway very close to this condo but the noise is minimal.The bed was very comfortable and opening the balcony door allows for a nice breeze through the condo.Walkable to the town of Kaapa and the Coconut Grove shopping center. The airport is a short drive also.

Kauai 2024

The condo was like home away from home with a beach view. I usually stay at hotels and was pleasantly surprised to see the goodies provided including laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, beach chairs & umbrella, extra beach bags, boogie boards, and more. Not sure if this is normal. The property and condo were clean. I would definitely book again!
