Wonderful time! It's a great place.

This place was the spot to be. We were in walking distance from all things. The house was a perfect fit for our family. I would definitely go back in a heartbeat and choose this place all over again.

We enjoyed saying here very much The pool is wonderful ton have when you are over getting beat up by the waves of the ocean. House was clean and well stocked. You are also minutes from the main drag in town. Great place to stay.

Beautiful condo

Our family stayed here for a few days over the Christmas holiday week. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. The view of the beach is absolutely beautiful. Location is perfect- walked to restaurants and shops. Owner answered all of my questions quickly and was easy to get a hold of. Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances too. Highly recommend staying here!

Location! Location! Location!

You simply cannot beat the location of this condo! It's located right off Bradenton Beach - steps away! It's walking distance to many excellent restaurants and shops. There's a Circle K across the street for any forgotten travel items. We LOVED the location! The condo is nicely renovated, spacious and has a great view of the ocean! The beds were comfortable, AC worked great and had many amenities that made our stay easy. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Perfect vacation!!

This condo was absolutely perfect!!! We have been visiting Anna Maria Island for over 10 years before I found this condominium and we will definitely be coming back to this one next year! It is in a perfect spot. Ice cream and a convince store right across the street, Beach House and Tiki Hut in walking distance, and a beach front pool to sit in and watch the sunsets. The condo was very clean and updated, and the condo manager was amazing to work with and always responded quickly with any questions. The condo complex was only about 10 units, so it was pretty quiet and the pool and beach were never crowded. I would highly recommend unit 104! We are already planning our trip back next summer.

Great condo, central location

The condo was great and right on a lovely stretch of beach. Too close to the hustle and bustle for me, but my family loved having everything in walking distance. The loudspeaker announcements from the clubhouse nextdoor became tiring (especially when down at the amazing little heated pool). Not a huge deal though. Things were peaceful enough after dark once the bars and such shut down and all you can hear is the ocean. Overall, this is an excellent choice for people seeking a central location super close to the waves.

Beach wedding

We came to Gulf View for a beach wedding, and loved everything!!! The beachfront view, the beautifully remodeled accommodations, proximity to restaurants and shopping...we could not ask for more!! We had never been to AMI before, but we will be back!!

Gulf View Condo is about as close as you can get to the ocean, the action & the trolley. Easy parking and access to room was very pleasant. Great communication with the property manager. We will book here again.
