The apartment itself was appointed adequately. The view was excellent. The air-conditioning worked well as did all of the appliances. As other reviewers have stated, the carpets were worn and stained and long overdue for replacement. The bathrooms are also in need of overhaul. We had a big problem finding the condo because we were never given the name of the complex or any map giving directions to it. If we plugged in the address given to us, computer maps did not lead you to that location. In the end, we spent over an hour looking for our room after arriving. This is an area that can be vastly improved. The condo was not excessively expensive, so we do believe we received an adequate value for the money.

It was a great location - right on the beach. The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed. The communication with the host was wonderful. They let us know it was ready early and we could get in. That was a huge plus in my opinion. We had an issue with the elevator and they got right back to us. Excellent customer service.

The condo is beautiful and has an awesome gulf view. The bedrooms were a nice size with comfortable mattresses. Our only negative was the master bathroom toilet was way too close to the shower leaving very little elbow room. The community pool is well cared for and heated to a nice temperature for January. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping and is very close to trolley stops. We would stay here again.

The location of the property was excellent; the beach was steps away and the pool was very clean and enjoyable. The condo itself was clean but in need of updating, particularly the bathrooms and carpeting. The management folks were very responsive to our requests for assistance and with maintenance issues. In speaking to other guests of the building the rate charged for this unit far exceeded that paid by others for units that had been completely updated. We would definitely stay again but would choose a different unit.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We are thrilled to hear that you loved our excellent location just steps from the beach, enjoyed the very clean pool, and found our management team highly responsive to your needs. However, we appreciate your candor regarding the updates in the bathrooms and the carpet at the condo. We want every guest to feel they received excellent value for their investment, We will pass along your comments to the property owner and sincerely hope you give us the opportunity to welcome you back to the island! Thanks, AML
