Located just 200 steps to the crystal blue water and powdery white sands (close enough to refresh your drink or bathroom break!) Rinse off in the outdoor shower! AMI Birthday celebration trip

Loved the property, clean, well stocked. The pool and patio were wonderful, we spent a lot of time there. Proximity to the beach was fabulous, nice to have the beach wagon, umbrella and chairs! Convenient to everything. Really a perfect vacation spot!

This property worked out perfect for our girls weekend getaway. Great location, very close to the beach and the pool area was wonderful. Our host was very responsive and helpful. So happy I booked this one!

nice house close to the ocean

The property was super nice. The only problem we had was we didn’t have enough wash clothes, but the property owner took care of that in no time. The pool was nice to go back to after a beach morning. We loved the cart, chairs and tent. Ocean was beautiful as usual.

Perfect Location and Great for Small Family

The home was even better than the pictures online. Proximity to the beach was fantastic, house very well maintained, excellent host communications, and everything we could need from beach supplies to household essentials were all there for us to use as needed. The backyard was perfect for our 2 year old to safely play and we loved the pool when we weren’t at the beach. We would highly recommend this property and would certainly book again.

Fantastic Place

The host was wonderful and had fantastic communication with us. The house was perfect for our family of four. The place was very clean and cozy. The backyard/pool area was our favorite place to hang out. Very short walk to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect! Great location, the home is beautiful and felt like home. The host was amazing, and the house is stocked with everything you need for the beach…which is literally 200 steps away! I will stay here again hopefully in the future!!

Awsome place!

Clean spaciouse 2 bedroom house. Pool is perfect size for 4 adults to float and relax. Beach is a short walk acrosse the street to a very nice beach. Great location, not right next to the loud bar areas, but not too far when you want to go enjoy them. Host was great and gave us some great restruant tips in the area.

Fantastic!

This house had everything we needed for our stay. It is a very short walk to the beach; so short that we felt comfortable coming and going to the beach several times during the day. The pool area is a tropical oasis; gorgeous landscaping and private. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The host provided everything we needed. It was hard to leave!

We stayed here for 5 nights in early April. The house was beautiful and less than a block from the beach. Our kids loved the pool. The property manager Tiffany was amazing and great with communication. We had a minor issue and she went above and beyond to fix it immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Our favorite place to stay

This is our family’s second stay at this property. We have had fantastic experiences both times! The house is very clean and well stocked with essential items. Comfortable beds and big kitchen/dining area. We love the outdoor bar (with an awesome grill) and patio area. Our kids love the pool! The house is in a quiet area just steps away from a free trolley stop and a crosswalk. Such a short walk to the beach! The house is well stocked with nice beach gear. The host, Tiffany, is fantastic! She is kind and professional and responds very quickly to any questions you may have. We just love this place and we will definitely be back!

Christmas getaway

Stayed here for the Christmas holiday. House was cozy and everything was as expected. Property manager was quick to respond to all questions. Had no issues. The pool area with outdoor kitchen is quite nice and I would have enjoyed staying when the weather was warmer allowing us to take advantage. Not too far of a walk to the beach. Bit of road noise for people sleeping on pullout in living room but that’s to be expected given the location. I would stay here again.

Very Nice Home Close to the Beach!

We have stayed in this home for several weeks at a time over the last nine winters. It's literally about 100 steps from a beautiful beach. The house is easy to live in, open, airy with a comfortable couch and a large TV. The backyard pool is great on a hot afternoon. We often use the gas grill in back for cooking. The backyard is also a comfortable gathering place. Our interactions with the owner have always been positive. The property manager is highly responsive and she resolves the infrequent issues that do come up very quickly. We continue to return. That should tell you everything.
