Welcome to your home away from home! In accordance with California rental law, we are required to sign a lease agreement with tenants for rentals surpassing 27 days. Additionally, For stays exceeding 27 days, we kindly request our guests to cover utility costs during their visit. This helps us keep our rates affordable while offering the comfort and convenience of a fully-equipped home. Utility charges will be based on actual usage, ensuring fairness and transparency.



Security Deposit：

A security deposit of $1,000 is required for long-term stays. This deposit is fully refundable, provided the property is returned in its original condition. We trust you will treat the space as if it were your own, and in return, we will ensure your deposit is returned promptly after your departure.
