You’ll have private access to the entire main house (Unit A). There’s a separate guest unit on the property, each with its own private entrance.
Other things to note
This is a multi-unit property. You’ll enjoy full privacy in the main house. The only shared area is the coin-operated laundry space outdoors.
No smoking/vaping ($300 fee), drugs, pets, parties, or illegal acts. $75/hr extra cleaning (3-hr min). Guests pay for uncovered damage.
No unregistered guests ($50/extra guest/night). No shoes inside. Don’t leave cooking unattended. Don’t move furniture or unplug electronics.
Quiet hours 10PM to 9AM inside and outside. Late checkout $100/hr. Please keep house clean, report any issue within 2 hrs of check-in.

The property was just as listed; clean, comfortable, and just what a family of 4 needed for a week's stay in the LA area. The property was very clean when we arrived and there were clear instructions throughout the home on how to adjust temps, house rules, etc. The communication from the property manager was top notch; there were regular, friendly check ins through out the week as well as personalized recommendations for dining and they were quick to answer any questions I had. The location was in a quiet neighborhood with walking distance to several restaurants. It was also just a short drive to shopping into Alhambra and about a 20-30 minute drive to Pasadena or other parts of East LA.Would most definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, safe place to stay that is a short drive to LA.
