Husband and I used the free golf activity 6 times. We used the ferris wheel and sunset dolphin trip also. Big savings. The chairs out on the beach were nice too. We had a great stay.

This Tidewater property was super clean, nicely decorated, and conveniently located on the 5th floor with a lovely ocean view. The furniture was comfortable and kitchen cupboards were well-stocked with dishes, silverware, & utensils. It would have been nice to find some basic essentials like salt/pepper, Pam spray, alum foil, & tissues. Overall, a nice place and we would stay again!

Family get away

Building was nice, staff was great!Elevators were frusteratingly slow. There weren't as many eateries or activitoes or shopping opportunities w/in walking distance as we would have liked.

The unit was much bigger than we needed. But wanted the second bedroom. It was surprisingly quiet for being across from the elevators. Wished we were on a higher floor. Stayed on a higher floor once before and could see a lot of sea life. We were surprised that there were no condiments, not even salt or pepper. And no foil or plastic wrap. Beach service was a must! We are in our 70’s and don’t want to carry a bunch of stuff. Would stay in that unit again.

Overall not terrible. The place was exactly as listed. It truly just needs some updates. TV’s were outdated and the smart TV didn’t work in the living room for streaming so only cable. WiFi didn’t work well. The floors were not clean and the couches had an odor. I will say the hosts were fabulous at communicating. They offered to come fix our coffee pot and gave info to have the WiFi checked out.

Loved everything!!! The condo was very nice!! The bed was the most comfortable sleep i have ever had!! Great view!! Lived the beach and the beach services. We had an awesome stay!! 100% recommended. The elevators did take 4ever to get on sometimes, but overall perfect!!

The water heater in the unit went out (no fault to them, it happens) but they had us moved within 45 min to a bigger and nicer condo unit. We will rent from them again for sure.

If you stay here please be aware you will wait on the elevators for hours! Over 500 condos serviced by only a hand full of elevators!!!

Thank you for booking with us. I hate to hear that you had an issue with the elevators during your stay, but I'm happy to report that all the elevators are operational and your judgment of time is way off. I've never waited more than 5 minutes for an elevator, even on the 4th of July. Also, it appears that you have abnormally large hands as the building has 7 elevators. I hope you have better luck with the elevators during your next vacation.

Loved the layout of the condo & area. Will not come back due to chore of getting luggage from garage to room AND ridiculously slow elevators!!!! We took the steps A LOT!! Blackout curtains needed in one bedroom & dishwasher detergent door did not open!

My office stands by our cleanings and is always willing to address any issues. I wish you would've given our office a call to inform us about the carpet. Our office is open 7 days a week and we even have an after-hours line for emergencies. I'm happy to report that a full carpet cleaning has since been completed. The condo was nice but could use a deep clean. The carpet in the bedrooms was old and very dirty. The elevator was loud. The pillows on the bed smelled of another persons head. We washed the pekoe cases and laid the pillows on the balcony in the sun
