This was a nice clean home with everything we needed for our stay. A good amount of sleeping arrangements and bathrooms for our large group. Our younger part of the group enjoyed the tv downstairs, and us football watchers enjoyed the tv outside in the covered patio. Would totally stay there again.

From the communication to the description of the home it was all perfect. There were 7 of us and we each had our own comfy bed. My daughter said her bed was the most comfortable she’s ever slept on during travel! The media room was spacious and comfy, had a nice long couch an a big bean bag so we all were able to hang and play games and watch movies. It was a great weekend. Thanks!

Neighborhood is very safe and quiet.Property- It was handed over to us in very cleanly way , There were 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathroom with home theatre below and it was very comfortable and cozy. This was the perfect place for our family reunion - gathering family of all ages from across the country for 5 days! Kids (young & old!) LOVED the "movie theater room" and books/puzzles/toys along with other comfortable spaces to eat, visit and enjoy each other's company. The location allowed us to take advantage of the nearby air museum, local zoo, parks, grocery store/restaurants/ice cream shops just a few minutes away and also take the metro into DC to tour the National Mall and historic sites. Host was friendly and very responsive to any questions! Plenty of bathrooms, hot water, and very comfy beds for everyone! Just a note (for anyone with accessibility concerns) that there is a beautiful small bathroom/sink on the main floor but all full bathrooms with shower/bathtub facilities are in the basement or upper level. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Graduation house

We rented the place for a family members graduation nearby and had a great time. Everything worked in the house and our group had plenty of space. Our two dogs came with us and they really enjoyed the backyard. The backyard patio area was very cool but unfortunately there were a lot of mosquitoes and pollen out. We also had some ants inside but the property manager came by very quickly and used a natural spray. We didn't see any ants after that. If we're ever back in the area we'd absolutely stay again!

Points faibles : Communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce.
The property is listed as "Luxury," but it is not. We arrived, and the grass was 6" high, and the landscape had not been managed for quite a while. There were soda bottles with cigarette butts in the backyard. When we entered the house, we were met with 4-5 ant trails and ant cups containing dead ants. The furniture in the living room was tired and had stains. We had minimal contact with the host; unlike other VRBO property stays, we were not contacted during our stay to make sure everything was OK. The house is listed for 17 people. The kitchen contained 13 dinner plates, and some of those were chipped. There was enough silverware for 13 people as well, but no serving utensils. The dishwasher racks were broken, making stacking plates difficult. No sponge, and only half a roll of paper towels was provided. The listing states, "The top-rated staff and service will ensure you feel welcome and pampered." This is far from the truth. There was no evidence of a welcome feeling; no coffee, no condiments, no welcome of any kind, as we have experienced in other VRBO properties. We were allotted one towel per person (for 4 days). The towels were mismatched, old, and not very soft. The outdoor furniture had not been cleaned - we did this ourselves. The grill was greasy with food remnants, and we cleaned it ourselves. It is a charcoal grill - no charcoal was provided. We rented this to celebrate my son's graduation from medical school. I would not recommend staying here.

Okay Stay

Place was clean and there was plenty of open space, outdoor area was also very nice and well kept. When we arrived there was a letter from the city/state citing codes the property was in violation of. The letter arrived the day before our stay. Also, there were several windows that either didn't have any blinds or curtains or what was there was broken which was unsettling as the properties surrounding are close and could easily see in (bathrooms and bedrooms). Specifically the "master" bathroom, the window had nothing and had direct line of site into the shower at night with the lights on in the bathroom. We also had an "ant" issue. They were all over the kitchen on the day we arrived, we had a toss a lot of our food we brought because they got inside containers that were not even opened yet. The weather is getting warmer but recommend having someone come in and spray.

Hi Ashley, Thank you for your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests, and we did try to reach you a few times, but you never responded. Regarding the issues you mentioned, the Ants issue we do get professionally sprayed every year in early spring, we have had no complaints from other guests, its a one off thing I hope, and we constantly take care of any issues immediately, We appreciate your stay and wish you all the best in your future travels. Best Regards.
