The Snuggery: Light, new studio in charming Chapel Hill

Escape to this delightful studio in picturesque Chapel Hill in an old leafy part of town within walking distance to UNC. This cozy retreat features 1 queen bed in the sleeping area and a comfortable futon in the nook off the living room. Guests can relax in the lovely outside area to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon beverages or take advantage of walking trails close by.
A queen bed, a futon, and an air mattress can sleep 5-6. Please indicate in your reservation how many beds you require. There is a $25 per bed linen fee for extra beds (futon and/or queen air mattress). This is a studio but sleeping areas are separated with curtains. It's very quiet. Full kitchen, fully stocked.

The Snuggery is a new, light, cozy lower-level apartment in an historic area in Chapel Hill with a separate entrance and its own charming outside space. Newly renovated, all amenities are new in 2023. It’s perfect for a family where kids or teens can sleep in the nook while the family gathers in the main area. Walk to the Botanical Gardens or UNC. Play basketball in the driveway or with the variety of games. Enjoy the quiet, lush neighborhood. Covered parking for one car.

This is a quiet neighborhood so we have quiet hours from 10 pm -8 am outside and similarly inside. All plumbing is new but only toilet paper can be flushed.
