Such a great place for our group to crash for a one night. Everything was as described and the bathroom had even more of a wow factor once in it. Loved the well manicured backyard with some yard games. The neighborhood was peaceful, which is often the big unknown. Excellent stay all around. One small ps - be aware an older home with beautiful wood floors can have some creaks but that’s to be expected.

Here’s a polished, friendly VRBO-style review you can use or tweak:This house worked perfectly for our group of four couples on a weekend bourbon trip. Having separate bathrooms for everyone was a huge plus and made the stay very comfortable. We didn’t do any cooking, so we can’t speak to the kitchen setup, but the beds were comfortable and everyone had good things to say about their accommodations. Overall, it was a great fit for our group and exactly what we needed for the weekend.

Bourbon Trip

We had 5 couples in town for a bourbon trail trip. The house had plenty of space. The location was perfect for going downtown or heading to other distilleries.

Beautiful home!

This is probably the cutest home we've ever rented on VRBO. It was super clean, had many amenities, and was a great space for a large group. I'd absolutely recommend it to those visiting Louisville or the Bourbon Trail!!

Terrific House for all our adult kids

House was terrific for us. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Bathrooms were seriously great. Weather prevented us from using the hot tub or fire pit, but we had just a wonderful time after our bourbon tour. We’d stay there again in a heart beat!

Perfect Little House

We were there for a stock show at the Kentucky Expo Center and this house could not have been in a better location for us. It was quick access, easy to get around, in a wonderful neighborhood, just overall a great house for our 9 people!

Nice neighborhood near downtown

Four couples enjoyed this property during a conference downtown. It was roomy with each couple having their own bathroom. The manager answered any questions promptly. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the neighborhood for coffee, pastries, grocery and meals.

Stayed here with 5 friends from college visiting Louisville for a football game and Bourbon Trail weekend. The house was perfect. The location was close to the University and downtown. The house was very well cared for, very clean and very comfortable for 6 middle-aged dudes reliving their glory days. My only "complaint" is that the house is located under the airport flight path but even that wasn't a big issue. Would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect location

Our company of six stayed here while on a business trip. It was convenient to everything. Great for hanging out and relaxing after a busy work days. We also enjoyed walking to local brewery and restaurants. Very clean.

Germantown Stay

House holds 6 adults very comfortably. Any more than six and some doubling up in beds starts. We were very pleased with this property for what we needed.

Property owner/management was very responsive, but not much was needed while we were there. The home was clean and all bedrooms/bathrooms we’re comfortable and well stocked with necessaries. Thanks for the Julips and a great stay during Derby week❤️

Sports trip for several families

Our families stayed here for a tournament in Louisville. The house was perfect--so many beds and lots of space, and it's a perfect location to get to UofL and the Fairgrounds/Churchill Downs. We loved it so much last year that we stayed here again this year, and will continue to stay here if we come back for future tournaments!

Love this house!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. The 5 good sized bedrooms and 5 bathrooms all with showers is so great! My bed was super comfortable, both the mattress and the sheets. Everything in the house is super intentional. Everything we needed without extra clutter. The decor is very nice as well. We hope to be back!
