Ce super-propre, 3 chambres appartement au 2ème étage, peut accueillir 5 adultes et 3 petits enfants. Veuillez noter que, même si nous accueillons et accueillons pleinement les enfants, nous facturons tous les enfants, quel que soit leur âge. 2 télévisions avec ROKU. Nous sommes complètement fumée et sans animaux. Le bus au coin accède à tous les domaines de Philadelphie. Cet appartement a tous les planchers de bois franc, beaucoup de jouets, et des livres, 3 pack & pièces, chaises hautes, jouets de baignoire, porte de bébé et à peu près tout ce dont vous et votre famille aurez besoin. The apartment was perfect - clean, comfortable, cute. There was everything that I needed for my stay. I appreciated that Mary left instructions for everything - how to work the tv remote, letting me know that using certain appliances at the same time may blow a fuse, what to do for checkout etc. The night I checked in - I had trouble with the key box and Mary came over (a half an hour drive around midnight) to help me get in. Communication before and during my stay was great. If I ever need to come to Jenkintown again, I'd rent this adorable apartment in a heartbeat. I absolutely loved it!

The apartment is in a nice neighborhood that does get some traffic during the morning and evening rush hours. Apartment is clean, I would recommend nightlights, reading lights in the bedrooms, more seating capacity than two stools at the kitchen table, stair treads and additional handrails for the stairs, The TV delay was not user friendly,

Than you Judith. There were 4 more kitchen stools in the twin bedroom--2 in the closet & 2 just outside the closet. I left two in the kitchen since you only had two people.There is a reading lamp on the bedside table between the two twin beds as my pictures show, and in the sitting room , there is a black reading lamp that can be used in the master bedroom if overhead dimmable lights dont sffice.

Great place to stay. When we come back to Philadelphia we will definitely stay here again. Close to city activities but the quiet of the suburbs. Spacious clean feels like home

Perfect Stay

This location was perfect. It is close to Phili for the Penn Relay events as well as close to outlet shopping. It is a very safe area with ample off-street private parking. I will likely return here again next year for next year's event.

Great experience

We had a very comfortable stay at the property. It had everything we needed, was clean, and the owner was easily to communicate with and very accommodating. The area is quiet. Definitely recommend and would stay again upon our return to Philadelphia.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and were very satisfied with everything. The place is exceptionally clean and well looked after. There's a fully functional large kitchen with plenty of plates, glassware, utensils as well as a coffee machine and very large refrigerator. The main bed was quite comfortable and there is, what seems, an unending supply of closet space with plenty of hangars. Off-street parking right at the entry door to the place was also a very welcome plus. Plenty of bath towels and linens as well and with the large yard and a view of nature when waking up in a very quiet neighborhood we concluded that compared to the many places we've stayed this is the only one we would, without doubt, stay at again. Mary was very prompt in responding to any questions etc.

We enjoyed our stay in the cute/clean apartment. The apartment was easily accessible to downtown Philadelphia and other local attractions. We enjoyed taking walks around the quiet neighborhood and to local restaurants. It was a great place to come back to after a busy day! We highly recommend.
