The location was a close distance to great things to do. Being close to a store allowed us to gather food and cook in the rental though there is a great cheesesteak place a few blocks away. Having gated parking was a big incentive. We did get approached a few times outside by people asking for money but we did not feel unsafe once we were inside the rental. Having our car in a gated space gave us peace of mind. Everything was very clean and there were some amazing views. Great location, parking included, met all of our needs!

Everything was terrific from the initial reservation up until we got there and the host responded immediately. The place is terrific inside with great views of the Delaware and the Ben Franklin Bridge and is directly next to 95 and close to everywhere you need to go to. We would definitely recommend!!

This is a well maintained and well-appointed modern townhouse, within a mile of historic Philadelphia. We visited in the middle of a heat wave, but were cool and comfortable when "at home." Would definitely book again.

The house was lovely and rooms spread out so we never felt crowded. We used the extra mattress for children as it lays on the floor. The fold out in the basement was very small. Slept 6 adults beautifully! Nice to have off-street parking for 1 car.

Arrived at unit at 11pm that had not been cleaned- dirty linens, etc. Contacted host, scrambled to find acceptable hotel to accommodate 6 adults at midnight. Host was very helpful and apologetic, unit was finally cleaned and ready for us late following morning. Once we got settled, enjoyed place very much. Overall great place, would be 5 stars if not for initial hiccup on arrival.

We’re truly sorry the home wasn’t ready when you arrived, and we completely understand how stressful that must have felt so late at night. As soon as we heard from you, we quickly arranged and covered the cost of three nearby hotel rooms so your group could be comfortable, and we had the home cleaned first thing the next morning to get everything back on track. We’ve also added extra checks with our cleaning team to be sure this doesn’t happen again, and we’re so glad to hear you were able to enjoy the rest of your stay once settled in.
