Excellent three level home. Spacious, appointed, excellent private parking, and close to the waterfront, the freeways, and some basic amenities, like Sprouts. Would stay again.

My family had an incredible time in Philadelphia, using this townhouse as our home for the week. The location is prime for walking (or using public transportation) to a large percentage of the city’s historical sites. The view of the city and the Ben Franklin bridge from the balcony are amazing. The townhome is really spacious and the reserved parking spot made things really convenient (especially for out of towners not used to Philly parking). 5 stars for this property, convenience and comfort 10/10!

Our family had a fantastic stay at this home. The layout was very convenient, featuring a half-bath on the first floor and full bathrooms on both the second and third floors. The property was clean, safe, and located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. For those who enjoy staying active, there is a protected running path less than five minutes away. Everything was terrific from the initial reservation up until we got there and the host responded immediately. The place is terrific inside with great views of the Delaware and the Ben Franklin Bridge and is directly next to 95 and close to everywhere you need to go to. We would definitely recommend!!

The location was a close distance to great things to do. Being close to a store allowed us to gather food and cook in the rental though there is a great cheesesteak place a few blocks away. Having gated parking was a big incentive. We did get approached a few times outside by people asking for money but we did not feel unsafe once we were inside the rental. Having our car in a gated space gave us peace of mind. Everything was very clean and there were some amazing views. Great location, parking included, met all of our needs!

Great location! Love the designated parking spot. Place is as described with comfortable beds and enough towels for the 6 of us. We did have a clogged shower but was fixed quickly the next day. Thank you! We would stay here again.
