With comfortable, modern furnishings throughout, the Collins StayAwhile is a great option if you're in between homes, going through home renovations, experiencing damage to your own home, or working in Topeka for a few months.
The outdoor space is also a key feature of this pet-friendly property -- with a covered front porch and a large, fenced backyard.
Corporate relocation and human resource specialists may reach out on behalf of others, and we offer extensions for this Mid-Term Rental. With 30 days' notice, extensions are always an option.
*CENTRAL LOCATION: Quiet, safe neighborhood near Collins Park and Washburn Park, only a five-minute drive to the two major hospitals, the State Capitol and Washburn University. The house is close to amenities and downtown but also tucked away on this low traffic street. In addition, for other shopping needs, Wanamaker Road is a seven-minute drive from the house.
