Welcome to our newly renovated 504 sq ft condo, located just 1.3 miles from Loon Mountain. This cozy mountain retreat comfortably sleeps up to five guests and offers beautiful river and mountain views from a private balcony — the perfect setting for a relaxing White Mountains getaway. During ski season, enjoy the convenience of a free shuttle to the slopes, making your mountain adventure easy and stress-free.

The open-concept living area features a contemporary kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a granite island with seating for four, and all the cooking essentials you need. The living room sofas convert into a queen and a twin pullout bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. Guests will also enjoy air conditioning, cable TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi for comfort and connectivity.

The private bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, offering a peaceful space to unwind after a day outdoors. Step out onto the balcony to take in scenic views of the East Pemigewasset River and Loon Mountain’s South Peak — and wake up to the calming sound of the water flowing below.

Your stay includes full access to the resort’s year-round amenities, such as an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and a family-friendly game room. In warmer months, guests can enjoy the seasonal outdoor pool, BBQ area, and picnic space. Coin-operated laundry facilities are also available onsite.

Resort amenities are open Sunday through Thursday from 9am to 9pm, and Friday through Saturday from 9am to 10pm.
