Had a great stay in Kissame, we were there for the Disney and Universal parks and the location was great didn’t drive more than 20 minutes to each park. The kitchen space was perfect for my family and I was even able to make a dinner for 8 with a little planning. We loved the living room space my 2 year old had some space to play. It was a great stay I would stay again when my family comes back.

Our stay

Neighbors were a bit noisy at all hours but overall stay was nice. Also we was like 11 mins from most of the Disney parks we visited while there & was less than 10 mins from beta club convention center!

Exactly how pictured. Nice stay and a place to rest our heads while visiting Disney world. All accommodations up to par and easy check in.

Convenient and close to Disney

We took a girls trip to Disney and this was the best place we could have hoped for! Cute, clean, easy access to grocery stores, Disney and anything else we needed. Great spot and would definitely stay again

Needed bed lining for beds wasn't clean to me dengy lining. Other than that place was ok. Clean beds are very important to me. It's the first thing I check.

Great location

All in all it was a great place to stay. We were on the ground floor making access to our room very easy, but we had noisy neighbors with kids above us - which was no fault of Sandra the manager. The kitchen was furnished with every kind of appliance one would need. The beds were a little stiff for us but we got used to them quickly. Sandra was quick to respond to any needs we had, and the staff were always friendly and helpful as well. We would stay there again if visiting the Kissimmee/Orlando area.

host communicated very quickly which i really appreciated! wifi was a bit spotty, but wasn't a huge problem. be careful of the curtains, if they are open any time of day everyone can see everything outside and unit is right next to entrance. i would've liked blinds instead of curtains just for privacy reasons, but not a huge deal.

This property was descently priced. Yet, because of that price I am guessing it comes with a lot of issues. In comparison to other vVRBoOThe property was clean.

Great stay

Overall the room looked just like the pictures. It was perfect for our 4 night stay and having a little kitchen was a bonus. The only issues that we had was with the Internet. It was constantly in and out so watching TV was not always an option. It is conveniently located right next to I4 and other road options to get to Central Orlando, the parks, etc., etc.. Also nice restaurants and grocery stores right across the street.

Disney Stay

Pros: 1. Location! We were 15 minutes or less to all Disney parks. It’s central to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. 2. Communication. Owner communicated easily3. Easy to access. 4. Plenty of parkingCons:1. Quality of furnishings. The quality of most of the furniture was pretty poor. The chairs at the dining table were horrible felt like they were falling apart. Beds were not super comfortable. 2. Wi-Fi was slow. I had to work a few of the days we stayed and it was challenging. 3. Noisy. You can hear EVERYTHING. The person above us stomped around all night the first two nights and we could hear every movement. The proximity to the main door also left us with a lot of noise at night. 4. Temperature Control. The thermostat was behind the tv so it was impossible to change the temperature because you wouldn’t see what the thermostat read. It was hot at night and frigid during the day.
