If I have to highlight something is the amenities. Very good water park. They play a movie at night in the amazing outdoor TV. That’s very nice. You can enjoy the pool until late at night while enjoying the movie. That’s a plus!!!The apartment was OK. Minimum stuff to spend your days. Real downside is the Dryer which isn’t working properly. In order to dry something can’t be a lot, for example, the beach towels. Quiet place. Lots of parking.

The resort is fantastic with wonderful pool, hot tub, slides, lazy river, and lots of activities. The townhouse was wonderfully located close to Disney as well as Universal. Literally a walk across the parking lot to get to the pool. Perfect for our visit over spring break. Wonderful host and house.

Host Mark was easy to text with and prompt. The unit was as stated and clean. Neighbors were quiet on both sides and the complex was tidy.The unit was planned well as we had what we needed. Glad we had extra pool towels.I would rent again if in the area.This is a safe area and felt comfortable walking around complex. The location is good to the parks and such.There are many activities for all ages, the schedule is at front desk.All is well with this rental!!

The place felt very clean and like a home away from home. This place is located near Walmart and many food chains and other stores so it makes traveling easy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. Mark was very attentive to us and made sure we had a great stay!

Close proximity to the pool area. Love the bar for food & cocktails. Hot tub was hot. Kitchen with everything you need for basic cooking/baking. Near plenty of food options. Great place for relaxation.

My family of four (with two teenage boys) enjoyed staying here very much. We came to Orlando to do Universal Studios, and this location was only about 25 minutes away. It was nice to stay in a place that felt more like a home, instead of a hotel. Our boys were able to have their own room and each have their own bed. The two full bathrooms was very helpful as well. The condo was directly across the parking lot from the resort amenities/pool, so we were able to just walk right over, and there was security at the resort and it was all fenced in, so we felt comfortable letting the boys go over there by themselves. The condo was very clean and homey. Mark, the host, was very prompt with responses and checked in on us a few times, which I liked. He even let us check in a day early since we arrived in Kissimmee a day earlier than we were anticipating. He just sent us a link to pay for the extra day. The booking and check in process was extremely smooth. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of five is because while we were very happy to have a washer and dryer in the unit, when we ran them they were incredibly loud, and the dryer didn’t dry things very quickly. I had to run it 3-4 times per one load just to get them dry. But overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Quick Disney trip

Lovely townhome that fit our needs for a Disney trip. The down side was the water slide was under construction but the lazy river, hot tub and pool were great. We only did a short stay but there was plenty to do and could have easily stayed much longer.

The amenities are what makes this place a great deal. The waterpark and activites are included and well worth it. If youre not going to use the amenities then i may suggest looking elsewhere. The age/quality of the interior of the unit leaves somethjng to be desired.
