Sunset Cove features 5 bedrooms (3 queens, 4 twins, 1 full, sleeper sofa in the basement, a sofa sleeper in the den, and 3 full baths in a three-suite configuration (two bedrooms with bath in each suite). This home has an open great room with a vaulted ceiling, fireplace, and sliders to the deck for additional seating and a gas grill for a cookout. The lower-level family room features sliders to a private rear deck that was just fully screened in as of April 2025! It also has two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a game room with ping-pong, a movie library with a DVD & VCR player, a PlayStation, and kids toys & games! This is not a pet-friendly cottage.
