Looking for a fun place to bring this kids and get them outside and fully entertained the resort offers several things for them to do as well. Our community playground is visible from the front porch of the house, a petting zoo is just a short walk from the house along with our community docks where they can do some fishing, look for the manatees that travel up river or see if they can spot one of the many certain Tarpons that come to visit at certain times of the year. Don't forget the camera to capture all the lasting memories you will make here at the Landing. The resort is located on the Steinhatchee River which will guide you straight out to the Gulf of Mexico and offers the guests a place to tie up the boat overnight at no extra charge, a place to filet your daily catch or to shuck your limit of of fresh scallops.
Our community pavilion is located rear the river & petting zoo it offers some games for the kids, picnic tables for outdoor gatherings or nice picnic lunch. Additional recreational activities that the resort offers are tennis, basketball and volley ball courts, kayak launch area, archery and shuffle boards. We invite you to be one of our guests and enjoy a place that was designed for nature lovers and salt water enthusiasts.

We are a golf cart friendly community and offer recommendations for golf cart rentals if you don't have one of your own.
