Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you found us responsive and the location convenient, but because this review contains several inaccuracies, we'd like to clarify the record for future guests. Additionally, we would like to point out that this was issued Oct 15th of 2026 when the stay was in July of 2026. Pet hair: No pets were included on this reservation and no pet fee was ever charged. A dog was nonetheless brought onto the property, which is the source of the pet hair mentioned. The flooring: This floor was not damaged to the point of being unsafe — it was old and already scheduled for replacement, which we discussed with you before your arrival. We have dated photos from before and after your stay showing the additional wear your event caused. You were never charged for it, and all flooring has since been completely replaced with brand-new materials. Notably, with four of us living on site full time, no safety concern was ever raised during your stay — your only questions about the floors at checkout concerned potential charges. Your event: This home was booked for a small gathering — roughly 30 guests, about five hours, held mainly in the covered ground-level area. Attendance far exceeded the approved occupancy, and exceeded the timeframe provided. Rather than disrupt your event or embarrass you or your guests, our on-site team chose to let it proceed. You were not charged an event fee, and we covered the full cost of repairing the elevator your guests damaged. Our record: Every review across all of our properties, before and after your stay, is five stars — including the group that stayed immediately before you. We want every guest to leave with great memories, and we extended considerable grace throughout your visit. We're sorry that wasn't reflected here, and we wish you and your business all the best.
