This is the perfect location for a large or multiple families looking for a quiet getaway. Locate on the last stretch of Surfside City Beach, you can also easily access county beach from this property. Enjoy a glass of wine on the deck or watch the sunrise over the beach with a coffee in hand.
The Space:
The beautiful 4BR 4.5BA will comfortably fit your large family, a girl's trip or a friends get away! There are 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 full beds to comfortably accommodate 10 people. This property boasts two large decks and plenty of seating to take in the beach front views, we have provided extra chairs that are stored inside to bring out on the deck and enjoy. Downstairs, under the house is covered where you can grill out no matter the weather. This home offers great entertainment spaces both inside and out. There is a whole house water filtration system AND a water softener/treatment system on this property, we have never had issues with our water quality, however we still recommend bringing drinking water. We have also provided a water dispenser system (just BYO 5-gallon jug!) and a deep freeze to store ice during your stay. There are plenty of beach chairs and toys that we welcome you to enjoy while you are staying in our wonderful property! We have a lovely outdoor shower for use downstairs that offers hot and cold water for a quick rinse after the beach. There are two dehumidifiers in this property that are constantly running to create the perfect temperature in our home and alleviate the gulf moisture! This property is located in the City of Surfside, so you have quick access to many restaurants, Surf shops, and Golf Cart Rental Services! Check out our Guidebooks for our recommendations.
Please note that our property has an occupancy of 10 people max. We do not allow parties or events as this property as we pride ourselves in providing serene and quiet escapes for our guests to enjoy. Further, while we welcome your family pups, we only allow dogs up to 40 pounds. If you have a larger dog brought to the property, this will directly violate our house rules resulting in us asking the pet and/or you to vacate the property.

Guest will have the entire property to themselves.
The Neighborhood:
This property is located in a residential neighborhood with many permanent residents living nearby. You can walk to the beach via the Seagull Ave access, and you have beachfront views with nothing but nature between you and the beach.
Other Things to Note:
- There are NO parties or events allowed on this property. Our occupancy is 10 people and that must be adhered to at all times during your stay.
- We only allow dogs up to 40 pounds. If you have a larger dog brought to the property, this will directly violate our house rules resulting in us asking the pet and/or you to vacate the property.
-The elevator is NOT for guest use, and you will not be able to access the elevator during your stay.
- There is a charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils.

-Early Check In/Late Check out is available (only during the off season which is after Labor Day to before Memorial Day) for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the check-out time will be charged the additional fee.
-We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell. This is out of our control; however, we have a full filtration system on our home to help alleviate this!
Interaction with Guests:
This property is self-check in via a lockbox. You will not have to interact with the hosts during your stay. Please feel free to message us anytime during your stay and we will be available to assist you!

House was beautiful and the views were amazing. No houses on the left so it’s a fabulous view down the beach. Every room has its own bathroom - so great when you have 10 people & if you have young children. Gates at top of stairs and kid tables. The deep freezer for ice was such a bonus. The one drawback was there is no direct beach access. You have to walk several houses down or drive onto beach. A walkway would have made this location perfect for our family get together.

This home was perfect for us: 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms!! Very clean. Large kitchen. 2 thermostats (one for each floor). 2 balconies (one on each floor). Two of the 3 bedrooms upstairs have doors that open to the top balcony. Lovely view of the ocean from the same 2 bedrooms and from the lower floor living area and kitchen/dining. Lots of large windows. I had a few questions and Kayse answered them thoroughly and quickly. Overall, a very pleasant stay!!

My 75th Birthday at the Beach
Great spot with killer beach views from two decks, easy beach access by foot and car, lovely large, well furnished house - everything we were looking for.We experienced two minor issues, but the property manager addressed them quickly.I would suggest a gate at top of the outside stairs to prevent toddlers and pets from going down. We couldn’t get the downstairs shower to work, but everything else was fine, and we will definitely consider going back.

Nice home. Kitchen has great layout. Lots to cook with. The AC did not cool sufficiently at night. It kicked on at 9:30am which means the downstairs bedroom was 81 at night and upstairs was about 78. The property manager called AC people twice and really tried to get it fixed. We appreciate that. Ultimately, it never cooled at night. Also, at the time of booking I didn’t understand that it was not just a simple walk to the beach. It’s better to just drive there. The walkover closest isn’t available for guests. That part was the biggest issue I had. The two balconies were really nice. Not a lot of room for our doggie to go potty if you bring a dog, but not a big deal. Just make sure to bring the poopy bags to clean up the yard. All bathrooms were great. The view was amazing. Love, love, love having coffee and listening to the waves in the morning.
