Comfortable Grandville Home away from home with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. No shared spaces. 55” flat screen tv, outdoor space and driveway parking. This desirable location is close to downtown Grand Rapids or Holland via easy 15-minute drives on I-196. Grandville offers, parks, trails, restaurants & shopping within walking distance. The closest beach is about 10 minutes away and Lake Michigan is a quick 20 minute drive.

Our host was amazing. The house was clean and the perfect location. We booked it for our business who had several people in town for meetings. It was the perfect set up. Definately will use this location again.

A great space for our “home base” the week of my son’s wedding! It was easy to come and go for all our many errands, and we especially enjoyed the sun room for coffee and chats in the morning.

Nice house, close to our weekend plans. Nice to have the space for our crew. Nice to have some extra items in the kitchen. Towels and bathroom were good, well stocked. Ample seating areas in living room and basement family room. Kitchen table was great size for crew. **If looking for suggestions, perhaps some more comfy and additional seating to enjoy in the sun porch. Especially since home can accommodate so many. Also, a couple chairs on front porch and in back yard. I realize not everyone will use home to 'hang out at' but we had enough chill time that we'd have enjoyed the extra. Details to check in and exit were clear.

Stayed here for my daughter’s graduation weekend. House was great and comfortable for our family to stay. We also had a small luncheon at the house after the ceremony. It was a great space for that! It was about 15 minutes from Van Andel stadium and downtown GR.

Easy to get from rental to Devos Place, didn't take long and very few turns. Just minutes from Meijer so was great to get food for the weekend there instead of having to load up a cooler for the trip. House was clean and neighborhood was quiet but close to a major road. Was def worth the money, loved the basement sitting area.

Everything we wanted or needed was there. Mike answered questions immediately, brought extra chairs for card players, restocked what might be missing. Third stay at this property and will definitely return. Location is perfect for all places we went. Easy Hiway access all directions. Thanks again, Mike!

Grand Rapids Stay

Our Vrbo stay was fantastic! The house was spacious, well-stocked, and perfect for our family. Its prime location made exploring easy. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Highly recommend this gem for a relaxing, fun getaway! We’ll definitely be back!

We were in town visiting family, this location was great with the 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. House was clean, location was great and Mike was wonderful with communication. We would definitely book again when we are in town in the future.

The house was comfortable, well laid out, and conveniently located. The home was decorated for the Christmas holiday (we were there over Christmas!). The home is being improved in a great way. The areas that are not completed were still well cared for. There was a snowstorm the night before we were leaving. The owner was out in the storm the next morning clearing the way so we could leave without any trouble. The attention we received was top knotch!!

Lots of space at this very convenient location. The host, Michael, was very responsive with all communication. Well appointed kitchen, and 4 bedrooms to choose from. We stayed with another couple, and they, too, were very pleased. My only complaint: I find stairs difficult to negotiate, so a TV on the main floor would be great, rather than on the lower level.

Convenient location to GVSU. Many restaurants a minute away. The bedding, especially the pillow need updating. I'd recommend bringing your own pillows, everything else was good. There is only one TV and it is in the basement area of the house, which is down many, steep stairs, so my elderly parents didn't go downstairs. We didn't have much time for TV but it is something to consider in the future. The house fit our families graduation weekend needs well.
